How To make Fig Fruit Cake
20 California dried figs
1/2 lb Candied cherries
1/4 lb Candied pineapple
2 1/2 c Chopped walnut
1 c Sifted cake flour
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Allspice
1/2 ts Cloves
1/2 c Shortening
1 1/2 c Sugar
5 Eggs; separated
2 oz Baking chocolate; melted
4 tb Brandy or water
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Almond extract
Butter a 6 x 10 x 3-inch loaf pan. Line with waxed paper and butter generously again. Set oven for 250 degrees F. Cover figs with very hot water, and let stand 10 minutes. Drain. With scissors, snip off stems. Then cut figs, cherries and pineapple into tiny bits. Add chopped nuts and half the sifted flour. Mix together lightly. Sift remaining flour with salt, baking powder and spices. Cream shortening, sugar, egg yolks and melted chocolate. Whip egg whites until very light. Combine all ingredients until just mixed. Place in baking pan. Bake in slow oven (250 F.) for about 3 to 4 hours. Place pan of hot water in bottom of oven. When cool, brush with hot corn syrup and decorate with figs, candied fruit and nuts. ۱ ق س گلاب
۲ و ۱/۲ پیمانه آرد ( ۳۰۰ گرم)
۱ ق غ بکینگ پودر
کمی وانیل
انجیر حدود ۴ تا پنج عدد
???? این کیک رو به غیر از انجیر با هر میوه ای که دوست دارید میتونید تهیه کنید
???? برای کیک های میوه ای بهتره که مواد کیک غلیظ باشه و معمولا از کیک های بر پایه کره استفاده میشه
???? با این که مواد این کیک سفت و خمیری شکل میشه ولی بافت کیک اصلا سفت نمیشه فوق العاده نرم و سبکه
???? ماستی که استفاده می کنید بهتره چکیده یا زیاد سفت نباشه و با مقداری گلاب رقیق کنید تا به غلظتی مثل ویدیو برسید
????برش های میوه رو زیاد نازک نگیرید و روی مواد یک مقداری فشار بدین تا کنی فرو رفته بشه
????۱/۳ از قالب های کیک رو خالی بذارید تا پف کنه
???? با دمای ۱۸۰ درجه به مدت ۳۰ دقیقه بپزید و در آخر اگه طلایی نشده بودن گریل کنید تا خوشرنگ بشن.
???? بذارید تا کاملا خنک بشه و با با فرچه عسل بزنید و با پودر پسته یا گردو یا فندق تزیین کنید.

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 - Orange
Squeeze The Juice
2 Tbsp Cranberry
2 Tbsp Apricot
2 Tbsp Black Raisin
2 Tbsp Red Cherry
2 Tbsp Dates
1/3 Cup Tutti Frutti
Soak For 30 Min.
Separate 2 Tbsp Fruits
1 Cup Flour
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tspn Baking Powder
½ Tspn Baking Soda
½ Tspn Cinnamon Powder
¼ Tspn Nutmeg Powder
Sieve
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
Soaked Fruits
1 Tbsp Almond
1 Tbsp Pistachio
1 Tbsp Cashew Nut
1 Tspn Orange Zest
¼ Cup Oil
¾ Cup Milk
Mix Well
5 Inch Oil Greased Mould With Baking Paper
Pour The Batter
Soaked Remaing Dry Fruits
Place a Pan With Wire Stand
Pre Heat For 5-7 Min.
Place the Mould
Cook For 40-45 Min.

Recipe here: Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make an Easy Fruit Cake. The British Fruit Cake is traditionally served during the Christmas season. It is full of dried fruits and nuts, laced with alcohol over several weeks, and often covered with marzipan and royal icing. The problem is that it's both expensive to make and it needs time to age. Luckily, there is a much simpler version of this cake for the last minute baker, and I call it an Easy Fruit Cake.
