How To make French Pancakes
3/4 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1 t Baking powder
2 tb Powdered sugar (optional)
2 Eggs
1/3 c Water
2/3 c Milk
1/2 ts Vanilla
Mix dry ingredients, beat the eggs and add the liquid ingredients. Make a well in dry ingredients and add the liquids, combine with little mixing and ignore any lumps, they will take care of themselves.

Chocolate Crepe Recipe - French Pancakes with Cocoa
Today’s recipe is chocolate French pancakes, crepes! We wanted to make it a bit different this time, so we made cocoa crepes! It is not as hard as you think, if you be careful about some steps. Like getting the eggs bubbly and adding the milk gradually, and you will have the perfect french crepes! You can serve them sweet or salty, fill them with anything you want: Nutella, cheese, bananas, berries or simply just powder sugar! If you try this recipe don’t forget to let us know what you think.
Break 3 eggs into a large bowl Add sugar Beat untill bubbles form on top Add cocoa When the mixture is smooth, add flour Gradually add in the milk The batter should look like this Grease a large nonstick skillet over medium heat When hot, pour 1/3 cup batter and swirl to cover bottom of the skillet Cook each side for around a minute, grease pan again as needed!

Crepes Recipe:
Maida (All Purpose Flour) - 1 Cup
Milk - ½ Cup
Water - ½ Cup
Egg - 2 nos
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence - ½ tsp
Butter (melted) - 2 tbsp
Nutella - 3 tbsp
Banana (sliced) - 1 no
Icing Sugar - 1 tsp
Cooking Instructions:
1. Combine the given ingredients to make a smooth and thin batter.
2. Pour ladle full on a preheated non-stick pan on medium heat, flip the crepes after they set, in a minute.
3. Apply Nutella and place the bananas, fold to make a half-moon and fold again to make a conical shape. Dust them with icing sugar.
Cooking Tips:
1. No specific color needs to develop on the crepes.

How to Make Crepes | French Crepe Recipe
Learn how to make the best French crepes. This easy recipe can be served with either a sweet or a savory toppings. They are perfect for breakfast, brunch, dessert, dinner or any other time of day.

Ingredients:
For the crepes:
1 cup (125g) All-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Sugar
1¼ cups (300ml) Milk
2 tablespoon (30g) Butter
Oil for cooking
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (optional)
For serving (optional):
Nutella
Cream cheese
Banana
Strawberries
Directions:
1. In a large bowl sift flour, add salt, sugar and stir.
2. In a separate bowl whisk eggs, vanilla extract and milk, until combined.
3. Gradually add the milk mixture into flour mixture and stir until incorporated and smooth. Pour in melted butter and whisk until combined. Let stand at room temperature for 15-30 minutes (or in the fridge).
4. Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Add butter or oil to coat.
5. Pour about 1/-3-1/4 cup of the crepe batter, swirling it to evenly coat. Cook for 1-2 minutes, flip and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter. Remember to grease the pan between ease crepe.
6. Serving suggestion: spread 1-2 tablespoons of Nutella, top with banana slices, fold and serve.
7. Serving suggestion 2: spread 1-2 tablespoons cream cheese/sour cream, top with strawberries, fold and serve.
