Creamsicle Fudge
On my word, y’all!! This fudge is absolutely the best!!! If you love orange, you will love this too. It only takes a few ingredients to make this delicious treat, so go make you some today!!
Creamsicle Fudge
3- cups granulated sugar
1-1/2 sticks of butter, at room temperature
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 package, 12oz white chocolate chips
1 7oz jar marshmallow cream
3 tsp orange extract
5 drops yellow food coloring
3 drops red food coloring
Line 8x8 inch pan with wax paper and leave some over the edges, you’ll use these edges for handles later. Slice the butter and add to a medium saucepan. Add the granulated sugar and evaporated milk. Melt and stir together and bring to a rolling boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Take off heat and add marshmallow cream and white chocolate chips and mix well. Take out about 1 cup of the mixture and set aside. Add the orange extract and food colorings. Mix well and pour into your prepared pan. Add the cup of the reserved mixture and with a butter knife swirl the two mixes together. Don’t over mix, you want the fudge to have a swirled appearance. Cool in the fridge for a couple of hours. Remove from the pan using the wax paper handles and place on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut into roughly 1 inch pieces. Keep leftover fudge in an airtight container in the fridge. This will keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge. Enjoy!!

Ingredients:
2 bags of white chocolate chips
1 package of sugar cookie mix (you'll use 1 1/4 cups of it)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Christmas Sprinkles
Line a 9x9 baking dish with was paper or parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Stir every 30 seconds and watch carefully so they do not burn.
Stir the 1 1/4 cups of sugar cookie mix (not the whole bag) and sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of sprinkles and fold just to combine and not melt sprinkles to much.
Transfer the fudge to the 9x9 baking dish and press out to flatten.
Sprinkle with additional sprinkles and press into fudge.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours till firm. Cut in small squares and serve at room temp.
