1 pkg funfetti cake mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 can funfetti pink vanilla frosting
Heat oven to 375.In large bowl,combine cake mix,oil and eggs;stir by hand until thoroughly moistened.Shape dough into 1 inch balls;place 2 inches apart on ung reased cookie sheets.With bottom of glass dipped in flour,flatten to 1/4 inch t hickness. Bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes or until edges are golden brown.Cool 1 mi nute;remove from cookie sheets.Spread frosting over warm cookies.Immediatly spr inkle each cookie with candy bits from frosting.Let frosting set before storing .Store in tightly covered container.

Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
1 2/3 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp sprinkles
2 Tbsp colored nonpareils
Instructions
00:00 Introduction
00:17 In a large microwave safe bowl, place your butter.
00:21 Microwave for 15-second increments (stirring between) until butter is completely melted (if it's very hot, allow it to cool a few minutes, otherwise you'll melt your sugar)
00:45 Stir in sugar.
00:56 Add eggs and vanilla extract. Stir well.
01:18 In a separate bowl, whisk together your flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
01:36 Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet, until completely combined.

03:39 Transfer bowl of dough to refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 30 minutes.

Full Recipe:
These striped sugar cookies are almost too cute to eat; pink and white, lots of sprinkles, a dip in white candy melt and then more sprinkles! I cut mine into circles and loved the simplicity but any shape you desire and in case you’re wondering yes, dipping is totally optional; I loved the cookies both ways! You can definitely make these cookies in all one color but the technique is pretty easy and I love the visual!
GIANT BUTTERCREAM STUFFED FUNFETTI COOKIES
This is an easy to make, easy to love giant cookie recipe. Let me know in the comments below what kind of cookie you wanna see me tackle next!
1.5 sticks of butta
2 eggs
3/4 C brown suga
1/2 C granular suga
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
1-3 TBSP milk of choice
3.5 C AP flour
2 TBSP cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 C white chocolate
1/3 C sprinkles
Directions:
-beat sugas and butta for 2 minutes on medium high speed
-add one egg at a time until incorporated followed by the extracts
-mix together dry ingredients and add 1/3 at a time to wet ingredients on low speed
- add 1-3 TBSP milk as needed to bring the dough together
-mix in chocolate and sprinkles by hand
-portion into 4oz balls and place 2 TBSP of frozen buttacream in the center.
-freeze over night and bake at 395 degrees for 10-12 minutes, they will not look done.
