- 2 cucumbers
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 sticks of celery
- handful of spinach
- handful of basil
- 50 ml of white wine vinegar
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 3 slices of bread
- water to get the right thickness
- salt to taste
