Super Tender Honey Soy Pork Ribs Recipe - with Kikkoman
This is a recipe you can consider making this Chinese New Year that will have your guests and family begging for more as they lick their fingers! Making tender fall-off-the-bone ribs that are still juicy is really not that difficult.
In this video, I share a method that uses a two-step cooking process and simple ingredients like Kikkoman soy sauce, honey, butter for the glaze and your usual aromatics like ginger, garlic and scallions for the stock. I also show you how to prepare the baby back ribs so it does not have the chewy membrane, nor any porky smell.
Check out the recipe writeup here - and happy cooking!
