This Easy Passion fruit Mousse recipe is deliciously Rich and creamy, yet light and fluffy, one portion is satisfying but always leaves me wanting more. You can eat it on it’s own, or layer it on a cake or a biscuit crust. Passion fruit desserts are so wonderful as they are always sweet and aromatic. This mousse is no exception with its lovely tropical flavor.

This is my very best Passion fruit dessert recipe.
My Dessert introduction:
I love desserts - very much. If you combine desserts with delicious chocolate and fresh fruit, I think you´ll get some of the best combinations you can have. In this recipe, I show you a super easy and very elegant dessert, you can be proud to serve for anybody. I call this dessert Passion Love.
I have made it many times for family and friends and it´s a success everytime. Yes even children eat this passion dessert.
Cooking tips:
The cool thing about my dessert Passion Love is, that you can put it in the freezer and take it out when you need to serve it. So even if you have a big arrangement with a lot of guests or family, you do not have to be stressed about it. You can make your Passion Love dessert a long time in advance. You can also make the decoration in advance, it just needs to be placed in the fridge. I show in my video, that I make some gold balls decoration - made by marzipan or fondant - but you can easily replace them with chocolate balls or something else you like.
And if you have some nut chocolate left over after making the desserts, you can easily make them into chocolate nut bars.

How to make a light and fluffy chiffon cake. Substitute the passionfruit liquid to milk or soy milk and add your own flavours.
Makes 20cm chiffon cake
Recipe
5 egg yolk
20g caster sugar
60g canola oil
90g passionfruit pulp and seed (1 1/2passionfruit)
70g cake flour (all purpose flour works too)
5 egg white
80g caster sugar
Icing
150ml whipping cream
20g sour cream
1/2 passionfruit
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
Topping
1 1/2 passionfruit for topping

This amazing passion fruit cake recipe has soft, moist vanilla cake layered with easy passionfruit curd made with frozen passionfruit pulp. Topped with white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream for the perfect celebration cake!
FULL PRINTABLE RECIPE:
Passionfruit Curd:
½ cup passionfruit pulp - frozen or shelf-stable storebought pulp, or purée from 4 fresh passionfruit
⅔ cup granulated sugar
3 large egg yolks - beaten, at room temperature (see note)
2 large eggs - beaten, at room temperature
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
5 tbsp unsalted butter - cold, cubed
1/4 tsp salt
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
Vanilla Cake Layers:
baking spray
2 cup cake flour - 228g
½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 ¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup salted butter - room temperature (1 stick)
3 large eggs - room temperature
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
¼ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup buttermilk - room temperature
White Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream:
6 egg whites
1 ⅓ cup granulated sugar
1½ cup unsalted butter - slightly softened but still cool
6 oz white chocolate - chopped
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt

1/2 cup granulated sugar (100 grams)
