Instant Pot French Dip Sliders | Beef Shoulder Roast Recipe
Make tender, juicy French Dip Sliders in minutes with your Instant Pot. Shred and add to sweet Hawaiian rolls with provolone cheese. Serve with au jus. These tasty treats make a meal or perfect party food!
Recipe instructions:
Ingredients for the Instant Pot French Dip Pull-Apart Sliders:
• 2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® chuck shoulder roast, cut into 2-inch cubes
• 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 teaspoons canola oil
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 cups low-sodium beef broth
• 4 sprigs fresh thyme
• 2 packages pull apart rolls (look for Hawaiian rolls, 12 per pack)
• 12 slices provolone cheese
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• Coarse salt for topping

Beef Sandwiches | Shreddded or Potted Beef Spread | Kravings
These Beef Sandwiches are incredible. Beef is marinated with spices and then pressure cooked till tender. It's then ground together with Mustard & Mayonnaise and spread onto buttered Sandwich bread. Picnic, Game Night, Lunch box and Party perfect! Also known as Shredded Beef Sandwiches
Here are the ingredients and steps to make this recipe!
2 lbs Beef or Lamb/Mutton cubes
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1 tbsp fresh black Pepper
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp red Chilli powder
2 tsps Ginger & Garlic paste
Salt
Whole spices - 2 Star Anise, 2 Bay leaves, 2 black Cardamons, 2 inch stick Cinnamon, 6 green Cardamons, 10 Cloves
2 green Chillies - 1/4 cup
2 tbsps Mustard
4 - 6 tbsps Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Water
Butter
Marinate the meat cubes with the lime juice, powdered spices, salt & pepper
Add oil to a pressure cooker and add the whole spices
Remove the whole spices and keep aside in a small cheese cloth and tie it
Add the meat into the flavored oil and cook for a few minutes till you see a lot of juice come out of the meat
Add the spice bag in, cover the pressure cooker and cook for one whistle
Cool and open the lid, add 1/2 cup of water and close again
Cook for 2 - 3 whistles till the meat is tender
Cook open to dry up all the gravy
Remove and shred the meat
Process half the meat and combine with the half shredded for texture
Add the mustard and mayo and mix
Spread onto buttered bread for great tasting sandwiches
