INGREDIENTS: (makes 2 servings)
1 block very firm tofu
1 bitter melon
salt
3 slices spam ( or thinly-sliced pork belly )
2 eggs
oil
1/2 tsp instant dashi powder
pepper
salt
dash soy sauce

Yudofu Boiled Tofu Hot Pot Recipe Oishiy - cooking recipe video
Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Yudofu Boiled Tofu Hot Pot''. In Japan this recipe are buddhist priest food because they are vegetarian. It's really easy to cook and ingredients are all simple. Tofu recipe are popular in all area in Japan most specially in Kyoto.
---INGREDIENTS---
Tofu 450g
Green Onion 20g
Dry Kelp 5g
Yuzu Peel
Dashi Japanese Stock Granule 3g
Soy Sauce 50ml
Water 200ml
---PROCEDURE---
1.In a pot put water and boil, add dashi Japanese stock and boil for a minute.
2.Add soy sauce, boil and set aside.
3.Use chopstick to cut tofu and set aside.
4.In a pot, put water (level of tofu) and soak dry kelp for about 30minute.
5.Then open stove in low heat, put cut tofu and boil for a minute or until bubble appear.
6.Put small cup in the middle and put dashi soy sauce, green onion, and yuzu peel.
7.Serve while it's hot.
8.Enjoy!

Breakfast or brunch is debatably my favorite meal of the day. It just gets my day going into a positive direction. However, since I've went vegan, I've been relying on smoothies, granola, and cereal. As I was searching the internet, I found a Tofu Scrambled Eggs recipe and fell in love. This savory, easy, and healthy recipe is one of my go-to breakfast items. How to Make Yudoufu-Boiled Tofu(Japanese Recipe) 湯豆腐の作り方
Yudofu is a traditional Japanese dish that's simple to make and is healthy and delicious in its simplicity. Subscribe HERE for weekly videos!
Ingredients: Serves 4
2 blocks firm tofu
1 stick konbu
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup bonito flakes
1 teaspoon fresh yuzu peel, sliced ( or lemon )
Instructions:
Cut tofu into 2-inch cubes. Put 3 cups water in a large pot. Add konbu and tofu and bring to simmer. Just before boiling, take out konbu. Discard konbu. Skim off foam on top of the water.
Serve with condiments and soy sauce. Yudofu is great with some white rice, vegetables pickled vegetables.

湯豆腐の作り方です。
材料はお好みの豆腐の他、
薬味として、ネギ、柚子、鰹節、生姜
ダシを取るための昆布を使います。
(薬味の準備)
ネギは小口切りなどにします。
・柚子は皮を剥いて千切りまたはみじん切りにします。
・生姜はすり下ろします。
(作り方)
鍋に水をカップ5杯入れます。
15cm程度の昆布を1本入れます
弱火でゆっくりと茹でます
アクが出たらすくい取り、豆腐に火が通ったらできあがり。
お薬味を載せて、好みの醤油でお召し上がりください。
