Make your own crispy, crunchy, restaurant-style battered and fried jalapeno bottle caps (fried jalapeno pepper slices) at home. Here is the recipe. Spicy and delicious, they are the perfect appetizer or snack.

THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
3 fresh jalapeno peppers sliced into rings
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste
2 large eggs
4 ounces light beer (You can use something fizzy, like Sprite or Soda Water, etc.)
2 to 3 cups peanut or vegetable oil, enough to cover the battered jalapeno peppers

Pickled Jalapeno Recipe - Chili Peppers | How to [Pickle Jalapenos]
This is a good pickled jalapeno recipe, fresh jalapenos can either be a medium-heat or mild pepper. If you're pickling fresh jalapenos at home, note that the pickling process will slightly reduce the heat of fresh peppers. There is a difference in he texture of the pickled jalapeno pepper as well.

How To Pickle Jalapenos? I really love pickled jalapenos and carrots too.
Pickled Jalapeno - Chili Peppers
Ingredients:
10-12 whole jalapenos
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
6 whole garlic (smashed)
1/2 onion (sliced)
1 cup water
1 cup white vinegar
Directions: (Checkout Ray Mack's Kitchen and Grill on YOUTUBE)
0:00 - ingredients
0:19 - Add all of your ingredients except for the jalapenos.
0:49 - Bring to a boil. Add jalapenos, Stir, and remove from heat.
1:27 - Let sit for at least 20 minutes then use tongs to remove the jalapenos from the pot to a jar; cover it with the liquid from the pot filling the jar.
2:06 - Store in the fridge for up to 6 months.

Low-Carb Turkey Jalapeno Chili [Easy Keto Recipe]
This keto turkey Jalapeno chili has just the right amount of spice, flavor, and heat from an abundant mix of nutritious and delicious ingredients. It includes cauliflower rice to help thicken it, add nutrition, and bulk out the meal – so no side is needed!
There’s a reason chili has remained a firm favorite amongst families for generations. Hearty, warming, and able to fill up even the hungriest of tummies, chili is a cost-effective way to feed a large group of people while tasting delicious. It wouldn’t be a chili without it being packed full of spices and flavors!
Like stews and soups, chili can be customized exactly to your preferences. Our recipe calls for ground turkey, but you can always substitute it for ground chicken or ground beef if needed. As long as you add in a generous amount of herbs and spices, you can also throw in leftover vegetables from the back of your fridge, or any other low-carb ingredients you want to include.
One of the best parts of chili is how warming it is—and we don’t just mean temperature warm. The addition of cayenne pepper, jalapeno peppers, and smoked paprika can bring the heat, and if you want to turn it up even more, why not add in some fresh chili or chili flakes? And while chili is perfectly delicious served on its own, we think it makes the perfect accompaniment to cauliflower rice, which is able to soak up all the lovely flavors.
