Trader Joe's Old Fashioned Egg Nog Wine Based
13.9% alcohol. Produced in the USA for Trader Joe's stores.
We’re fast approaching the return of the holiday season, which means it’s time to break out the egg nog! One of our favorite nog-nificent offerings this season is Trader Joe’s Wine Based Egg Nog—a pre-mixed and ready-to-drink wine-tail. Made exclusively for us in California, each bottle of Wine Based Egg Nog is a holiday party in a bottle—more specifically, it’s a mixture of wine and fragrant cinnamon that’s blended with a velvety base of real cream. It’s a sweet, convivial, ready-to-enjoy concoction that puts guests in the holiday spirit the moment it’s poured into their glasses. It adds some much-needed luxury when stirred into a latte, and blends beautifully with ice cream for a magnificently merry adult milkshake.
Who Knew Eggnog Could Be SO GOOD without Added Sugar??
I love eggnog, but it has so many calories and sugar that I had to avoid it.. until now! If you liked this video, you might like this gingerbread cookie ice cream recipe as well:
Ahhhh Eggnog! I love eggnog. I think i've loved ever since I was a kid, and the only change I ever made was adding some alcohol when I got older. I haven't had any for years though, because there are so many calories, fat, and sugar in every cup. So much so, that I just couldn't feel good about drinking it! While this recipe is by no means considered low calorie, it's way lower than traditional recipes! This recipe gives you all the great flavor while minimizing all the bad stuff as much as possible. The whipped cream and brandy are optional!

Super Easy Homemade Eggnog
Yes you need egg yolks to make eggnog. In my opinion this is so easy to make that I think more people should be making their own eggnog instead of buying it. The Holidays can make everyone a little crazy, but it's easier to relax when you're sitting with a nice chilled glass of homemade eggnog.
