How To make Land Of Nod Cinnamon Buns
20 frozen dough rolls
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vanilla instant pudding
2 tablespoons cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup butter -- melted
Grease a 10" bundt pan and add frozen rolls. Sprinkle with brown sugar, pudding powder, cinnamon and raisins. Pour melted butter over all. Cover with a clean, damp cloth. Leave at room temperature. Turn out the lights and say goodnight!
In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes and then turn out on a serving plate.
I personally have also added pecan pieces as well as the raisins and it is great. I have several friends who make it without raisins and say it is great that way too. Hope you enjoy it as much as we have. Laura

●2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
●3/4 cup raisins
●1/3 cup butter, melted

Me escriben a diario pidiendo la receta de cinnamon rolls y encuentro que hay tantas buenas en Instagram, youtube así que me juré a mi misma que no la haría, sin embargo recordé que amo al panadero Richard Bertinet, y que como crack que es tiene una receta infalible y para mi gusto más rica que los cinnamon rolls, porque en cada mordida encuentras más sabor a azúcar y canela, además que la presentación es hermosa y full tendencia ahora que esta tan de moda los panes trenzados.
Ingredientes:
???? 600 gr de Harina sin polvos
???? 200 ml de leche TIBIA
???? 2 huevos
???? 25 gr de levadura fresca o 10 gr de levadura seca
???? 50 gr de azúcar flor
???? 10 gr de sal
???? 200 gr de mantequilla blandita blandita
Para el cinnamon paste!????
???? 150 gr de mantequilla blandita
???? 250 gr de azúcar rubia molida en la juguera para que quede flor o impalpable
???? 2 cucharadas colmadas de canela molida
Para pintar los buns antes del horno!????????????
???? 2 cucharadas de leche
???? 1 huevo
Glaseado ????
????100 gr de azúcar flor
????100 ml de agua
???? Si quieren pueden ponerle el típico frosting chancho de queso crema, a mi me gustan así y creo que es más que suficiente!
