Garnish - flat leaf parsley Leaves 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 individual casseroles with nonstick
cooking spray; set aside. 2. In small bowl combine ricotta cheese, egg, mozzarella cheese, 1 T of the parmeson cheese, and the seasonings, mixing well. 3. Place cooked lasagne on a damp towel and spoon 1/4 of the cheese mixture lengthwise along the center of each noodle, starting from narrow end, carefully roll each noodle to enclose filling. 4. Place 2 rolls in each sprayed casserole and spoon 2 T sauce over each roll; sprinkle each roll with 3/4 t parmeson cheese and bake until thoroughly heated, 35-40 minutes. Chicken Alfredo roll-ups is the week night dinner you've been searching for-look no further.
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a large casserole dish and set aside.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds. Whisk the flour into the butter and garlic and cook until the mixture is bubbling and golden, 1 minute more. Gradually pour in milk, whisking constantly. Bring mixture to a simmer, then stir in cream cheese and Parmesan. Let simmer until the sauce thickens, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and about 1 teaspoon of parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Then stir in shredded chicken.
3. Spoon a thin layer of sauce onto the bottom of the baking dish.
4. Lay cooked noodles in a single layer on a cutting board or baking sheet. Spread chicken Alfredo mixture on each noodle, then roll up the lasagna noodle. Lay the roll-ups in the baking dish seam side-down. Spoon more sauce on top of the roll-ups.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and beginning to brown. Garnish with more parsley and serve warm.

Prepare Tandoori Chicken Red Sauce:
-Chicken fillets 400g
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Tandoori masala 2 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Tomato paste 1 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) pureed 1 & ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken cube 1
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Dried parsley ½ tsp
Prepare White Sauce:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dried parsley ½ tsp
-Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbs
Prepare Lasagna Rollups
-Lasagna sheets boiled (90% done)
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Black olives sliced
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Dried oregano
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Tandoori Chicken Red Sauce:
-Hand chop chicken fillets with the help of knife & set aside.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add garlic and mix well for a minute.
-Add hand chopped chicken mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add tandoori masala,yogurt,lemon juice,mix well & cook on medium flame for 7-8 minutes.
-Add tomato paste,pureed tomatoes,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add salt,chicken cube,dried oregano,dried parsley & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates & set aside.
Prepare White Sauce:
-In a pot,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well for 30 seconds.
-Add milk & whisk well until sauce thickens.
-Add black pepper powder,dried oregano,salt,dried parsley & mix well.
-Add cheddar cheese & mix well until cheese melts & set aside.
Prepare Lasagna Rollups:
-On a clean working surface,place boiled lasagna sheet,add & spread prepared white sauce & tandoori chicken red sauce & roll out lasagna sheet (makes 8-10 rollups).
-In a baking dish,add & spread prepared white sauce,place lasagna rolls,spread white sauce, mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,black olives,red chilli crushed & dried oregano.
-Preheat air fryer at 180C for 5 minutes.
-Air fry at 180C until cheese melts (10-12 minutes).
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!
-Use a baking safe pan that can fit your air fryer.

Mom’s Zucchini Ricotta Lasagna Rolls. This recipe is hands down one of my favourite recipes to make and always on rotation. These Lasagna rolls have gone viral quite a few times on my pages but they needed a new and improved video and voiceover which you will find linked below. This dish makes for the perfect easy lunch or dinner or even a side dish to some meatballs or kofte.
INGREDIENTS:
4 zucchini’s I would slice 5 just to be safe
light drizzle of olive oil or any oil
⅓ cup fresh ricotta 1/2 cup is also fine but you may have leftover filling
1 large egg optional
⅓ cup grated parmigiano cheese
3 basil leaves or to taste optional
pinch of salt to taste
1 cup marinara sauce
⅓ cup mozzarella measure with your heart
