-cheese 1 cn (454 gram) refried beans
1 Jar (250 gram) salsa
1 c EACH.. grated Cheddar and
-Monterey Jack cheese 1/4 c (50 ml) EACH.. chopped

INGREDIENTS
2 cups (380 g) cooked pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
1/4 cup (60 ml) juice of pickled jalapeño
1/2 tsp (2.5 g) salt
1/4 tsp (.5 g) pepper
1 tsp (4 g) garlic powder
1 tsp (4 g) onion powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp (4 g) chili powder
8 oz (227 g) chunky salsa of your choice
10 oz (454 g) sour cream
3 oz (90 g ) cheddar cheese (shredded)
small 2.25 oz can (64 g) sliced black olives (drained)
3 scallions (55 g) (chopped)
NOTE: Add a layer of fresh avocado ir guacamole to make this a 7 layered dip

Homemade Bean Dip Recipe
Individual Seven Layer Dips
These Individual Seven-Layer Dips are individually portioned Mexican appetizer dips perfect for parties, BBQs, potlucks, and get togethers.
Note: All measurements are approximate. Depending on whether you want thicker or thinner layers you will need more or less.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 cup guacamole or make homemade guacamole
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup chunky salsa or pico de gallo; or make homemade pico de gallo
1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 bunch of green onions, sliced
1 (2.25 ounce) can of sliced olives, drained
8 (9 ounce) plastic tumblers
tortilla chips

How to make a 7 layer bean dip

7-Layer Bean Dip
1 can Refried Beans
1 can Bean Dip
2 Avocados (guacamole) -
1 cup Sour Cream
½ cup Mayo
½ pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
Sliced Olives
Small Diced Tomatoes
Sliced Green Onions
Chips for dipping
1-Make sure you have all the ingredients and clean your work area.
2-Get a 9x13 Pyrex Pan.
3-Layer 1: In a medium size bowl, mix 1 can refried beans with 1 can bean dip. Spread it evenly on the bottom of the pyrex pan.
4-Layer 2: Make a recipe Guacamole You’ll want about 1+ cups of guacamole and spread that evenly and carefully over the bean layer.
5-Layer 3: In a medium size bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning. Spread it evenly and carefully over the guacamole layer.
6-Layer 4: Spread about 1 cup grated cheddar cheese over the guacamole.
7-Layer 5: Slice some olives and sprinkle them over the cheese. Use as many or as few as you would like. I usually use about ½ can.
8-Layer 6-Carefully dice tomatoes, removing the seeds and sprinkle over the olives.
9-Layer 7-Carefully slice the green part of the green onion and sprinkle on top.
10-Clean up mess.

7 layer dip is a dip that everyone loves and is such crowd pleaser!! This
version is also super easy to put together!! It’s a perfect dish to bring to your next party or gathering! This is one appetizer you can’t get enough of!!
7 Layer Dip
Ingredients
16 oz can refried beans
10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
2 10 oz containers guacamole*
16 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/3 cup chopped green onions
Directions
Layer 1
Combine refried beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies and taco seasoning in a bowl. Spread onto the bottom of a 7 x 11 or 9 x 9 inch baking dish.
Layer 2
Spoon guacamole over the refried beans and spread evenly.
Layer 3
Spoon sour cream over the guacamole and spread evenly.**
Layer 4
Sprinkle over shredded cheddar cheese.
Layer 5
Sprinkle over diced tomatoes.
Layer 6
Sprinkle over sliced black olives.
Layer 7
Sprinkle over chopped green onions.
Serve immediately or make ahead or refrigerate overnight. Serve it with tortilla chips.
Notes
*Can substitute store-bought guacamole with homemade.
**When spreading the sour cream make sure guacamole is fully covered. This will keep it from being exposed to air and prevent discoloration.
For a larger crowd, make a double batch using a 9 x 13” baking dish.
