2 ways to make tasty London Broil recipes. It's easy recipes that will make your London Broils aka Top Round Steaks tasty, tender, and juicy. I am using: For London broil #1: Kinder's Buttery Garlic Herb seasoning from Costco. Garlic and olive oil. For London broil #2: Mustard, and salt and pepper equal parts....1/2 cup salt and 1/2 cup ground pepper. Olive oil
I smoked both London Broils on my Traeger using a mesquite and hickory blend for pellets. Grill temp was 225 and smoked meat for 2 hours, and then dropped the grill temp to 175 and smoked for another 30 minutes before pulling them off the grill/smoker when the meat reached 135 degrees and then I seared them on my flat top.
You can't mess this up because it's so easy to make. If you don't have a smoker or grill then follow the same steps using your oven.

Easy London Broil Recipe! And A Homemade Marinade
This was a 2.5 LB London Broil that was absolutely gorgeous! This is perfect for a quick mid-week meal or would be fitting for Sunday dinner! Full of flavor and extremely tender!
Marinade • 3/4 Cup of Soy Sauce • 2 TBSP of Brown Sugar • 1 TBSP of Minced Garlic • 1 TBSP of Lemon Juice • 1 TBSP of Olive Oil • 1 TBSP of Balsamic Vinaigrette • 1 TBSP of Worcestershire Sauce Rubs: • 3 TBSP of Beauty and the Beef by Steak Princess • 2 TBSP of Killer Hogs TX Brisket Rub
Combine all ingredients for your marinade, place your London Broil in a gallon bag and pour the marinade over it. Rotate the bag every hour for at least 4 hours. Set up your Big Green Egg to cook indirect at 275 degrees. We used a couple of oak chunks for some smoke. Once the London Broil is done marinating, apply your rubs. Let the meat sit for at least 20 mins before placing on the grill. Place the meat on the center of the BGE. Once on the meat reaches an internal temp of 135 degrees, remove from the grill. Now, set the BGE up to cook direct and reverse sear the London Broil for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and let rest for 20 minutes, slice against the grain and serve!
