Meat Roll - make ahead for Packed Lunches using Pizza Dough
See an example of a easy and delicious make-ahead packed lunch item. Liven up your family's lunch box with a meat roll wrapped up in pizza dough. It can be kept cold or heated for a warm and gooey slice. These also make great snacks for parties or road trips.

No Carb Pizza Roll Ups || The Keto Kitchen
[RECIPE BELOW] NO CARB Pizza Roll Ups.
Holy moly these are so good. They are a lovely fatty, greasy, keto snack that doesn't take much effort to make.
| The Recipe |
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Slices of Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
- A small pack of Mini Pepperoni Slices
- 3 tbsp Pizza Sauce, sugar free (I just used Tomato Paste mixed with Water)
- A sprinkle Italian Seasoning
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 200c/400f. Prepare a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
2. Place mozzarella slices on the baking sheet, with a small space between them.
3.Bake for 6 minutes, or until the edges start to go golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for about 1 minute.
4.Spread a little bit of pizza sauce on each slice, add some pepperoni and sprinkle some Italian seasoning on top.
5.Take an edge and gently roll the slices into cylinders. Enjoy!

Homemade Pizza Rolls - 3 Ingredients - Quick Lunch, Dinner, Snack, Appetizer - The Hillbilly Kitchen
These are so good I wish I had words to describe them. I may never eat pizza any other way. The outside is crisp and the center is chewy. The texture is amazing and the tortilla adds to the flavor of the pizza toppings rather than overpowering them like some pizza crusts do. They only take 2 or 3 minutes to cook and you can just make one or you can make 100. They are perfect for anytime you have a craving. Quick lunch or dinner, party appetizers, or snacking.

These are tasty and easy weeknight dinners or appetizers that the entire family will love. All of the recipes in this video are crowd pleasers. You could also use crescent roll dough for these recipes if that is what you have on hand.

- Cheesy Alfredo Hot Pockets
Refrigerated Pizza Dough
Cooked Shredded Chicken
Cooked Bacon or Cooked Bacon Bits
Alfredo Sauce
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Garlic Powder & Salt

Roll out dough and cut into two pieces. Add seasoning, Alfredo Sauce, Bacon, Shredded Cheese, Shredded Chicken to one side of each piece of dough. Fold in half. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and Dip in warm Alfredo Sauce.
- BBQ Chicken Roll-ups
Refrigerated Pizza Dough
Cooked Shredded Chicken
BBQ Sauce of your choice
Cooked Bacon or Cooked Bacon Bits
Onion (optional)
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Roll out dough and cut into four long pieces. BBQ sauce, Bacon, onion, Shredded Cheese, Shredded Chicken to of each piece of dough. Roll up. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and Dip in Ranch or BBQ sauce.
- Cheeseburger Stromboli
Refrigerated Pizza Dough
1 lb ground beef (cooked and drained)
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Pickles
Cook ground beef and drain grease. Add Ketchup, Mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to beef and mix on low heat. Roll out pizza dough. Add 3/4 Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Add ground beef mixture, followed by pickles. Roll up and pinch ends to close. Cut Slits one inch apart. Rub top with egg wash and add your favorite seasoning to top if desired. Cook on 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. Cut pieces of Stromboli and serve with thousand island.
