1 lb Hot sausage; cook, crumble 15 oz Hormel chili, no beans 16 oz Picante sauce; -=OR=- salsa 3/4 c Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 ts Italian seasoning 1 1/2 c Cottage cheese 1 1/2 ts Dried parsley flakes 9 Lasagna noodles; cooked 2 1/2 c Mozzarella cheese; shredded Vegetable cooking spray Heat oven to 350~. In large bowl, combine sausage, chili, picante sauce, parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; stir together. In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese and parsley flakes. Spray a 9x9" baking dish with vegetable spray. Layer noodles, cottage cheese, sausage mix and mozzarella cheese; repeat to make three layers. Bake 25-30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. -----

Skyline Chili Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients: - (1) box of pre-cooked (no boiling needed) lasagna noodles - (2) 15 oz cans of Skyline Chili - (1) 15-oz container of ricotta cheese - (1) 12 oz. bag of Skyline Mild Shredded Cheddar Cheese - Optional: Onions, beans, and Skyline Hot Sauce
Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. Spray a casserole dish with a non-stick cooking spray 3. Place a layer of lasagna noodles 4. Add 1/3 of ricotta cheese 5. Add 1/3 of Skyline Chili 6. Optional: Add 1/3 chopped onion and/or beans 7. Add 2 oz. of Skyline Mild Cheddar Cheese 8. Repeat steps 3-7 two more times 9. Add remainder of Skyline Cheddar Cheese to top layer 10. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes 11. Let sit for 10 - 15 minutes before serving
For Extra Skyline Flavor: For a little heat, use habanero cheese instead of mild cheddar. For a little crunch, sprinkle Skyline oyster crackers on top.
