Bacon Cheese Turkey Burger
What you will need!
Portobello mushroom(s)
1 large, stem removed, chopped
Uncooked shallot(s)
2 small, chopped
Reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
Rosemary
2 tsp, fresh, minced
Kosher salt
¾ tsp
Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp
Uncooked 93% lean ground turkey

Gruyère cheese
½ oz, shredded (about 2 Tbsp)
Low fat cream cheese
2 tsp
Dijon mustard
½ tsp

In the bowl of a food processor, combine mushroom, shallots, mayonnaise, rosemary, salt and Worcestershire sauce; pulse until finely minced.
Spoon mushroom mixture into a mixing bowl and add turkey; gently combine with your hands. Shape turkey mixture into four 3 1/2-inch burgers; cover and refrigerate until ready to grill.
Meanwhile, combine Gruyère, cream cheese and mustard in a small bowl; set aside.
Off heat, coat a grill pan or outdoor grill with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook burgers, flipping once, until cooked all the way through, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve each burger on an English muffin topped with 2 teaspoons cheese spread, 1 slice bacon, 1 slice tomato and 1 piece lettuce. Yields 1 burger per serving.
Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
Chef Frank does some twisted home cooking with Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb lean ground beef
4 strips of good quality bacon
1 tsp sweet relish
1 egg
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c minced onion
2 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 c ketchup
1/3 c milk
1/3 plain bread crumbs
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
RECIPE
1. Layout 4 pieces of bacon on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until the bacon is 50 % cooked. Drain on paper towel.
2. I large bowl combine, ground beef, relish, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, milk (add gradually) and 1/2 of the shredded cheese.
3. Place the combined ingredients in small baking pan. Distribute evenly.
4. Using a brush or spoon apply the ketchup to the top of the loaf.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
6. Remove from oven top with bacon, then the remaining cheese.
7. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
