How To make Passionfruit Cake
Ingredients
Batter:

cake mix, white

gelatin, powder, lemon

vanilla extract, pure

egg, whites, whipped

Topping:
6
oz
passionfruit, juice, thawed
2
cup
sugar, powdered, sifted
3
tablespoon
lemon, juice, bottled
1/4
cup
water
Directions:
Soak top and bottom of a clay pot in water for at least 15 minutes. To prepare batter, combine cake mix, dry lemon gelatin, vanilla extract, egg whites, water, and oil in a mixing bowl. Line bottom and up sides of pot with waxed paper. Cover, and place in a cold oven. Set temperature to 400 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes or until springs back when touched.
Meanwhile to prepare topping, combine fruit juice, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Remove cake from oven. Prick top all over with a fork and immediatley pour fruit juice mixture over top.

FOR THE SWEET CHOCOLATE PASTRY
* 185g All-purpose Flour
* 18g Cocoa Powder
* 85g Icing Sugar
* 50g Corn Starch
* 1/4 tsp Salt
* 1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
* 130g Butter
* 1 Large Egg
FOR THE CHOCOLATE GANACHE
* 165ml Heavy Cream
* 35ml Milk
* 165g Dark Chocolate
* 35g Butter, at room temperature
FOR THE PASSION FRUIT CURD
* Bloomed Gelatin (4g Gelatine Powder + 18g Water)
* 142g Strained Passion Fruit Pulp
* 172g Caster Sugar
* 4 Large Eggs
* 157g Butter, at room temperature
* A Pinch of Salt
FOR THE PASSION FRUIT GANACHE
* 25g Strained Passion Fruit Pulp
* 94ml Heavy Cream
* 94g Dark Chocolate
* 15g Butter, at room temperature
* 15ml Milk
FOR THE PASSION FRUIT JELLY
* 31g Strained Passion Fruit Pulp
* 13g Caster Sugar
* Bloomed Gelatin (3g Gelatine Powder + 12g Water)
* Passion Fruit Seeds
I recommend a loose based 23cm tart tin.

Recipe:
Sponge Cake:
4 eggs
120 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
Zest of one organic lemon
100 g flour
50 g cornstarch
½ tsp baking powder
Filling:
80 ml passionfruit nectar
20 g agar-agar
500 g chilled cream
500 g cooled vanilla pudding
Sugar to taste
Glaze:
12 g cake glaze (tortenguss)
70 g sugar
250 ml passionfruit juice or 1 packet regular cake glaze + ingredients to prepare according to package instructions.
Sponge Cake:
Preheat your oven to 175°C (345°F) with fan. Line the bottom of your springform pan (24cm Diameter) with parchment paper.
Beat the eggs with sugar and salt for at least 10 minutes.
Combine flour, baking powder, and cornstarch. Sift the mixture onto the batter. Gently fold everything together with care, then spread it evenly in the springform pan. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Let it cool in the pan after baking.
Filling:
Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions and let it cool completely.
Boil the agar-agar with fruit juice vigorously for at least two minutes, stirring constantly. Then let it cool until the mixture is lukewarm.
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Stir the agar-agar into the pudding, then fold in the whipped cream in 2-3 portions.
Assembly:
Cut the sponge cake into two layers.
Soak the bottom layer with fruit juice and spread about half of the cream on top. Place the second layer on top, soak it again, and finish with the remaining cream. Chill for at least two hours.
After chilling, decorate the cake with peach slices.
Prepare the glaze according to the package instructions and let it cool until it reaches a gel-like consistency. Then glaze the peaches with the glaze.
If desired, pipe rosettes of whipped cream using a piping bag and decorate with chopped pistachios.

This is my very best Passion fruit dessert recipe.
My Dessert introduction:
I love desserts - very much. If you combine desserts with delicious chocolate and fresh fruit, I think you´ll get some of the best combinations you can have. In this recipe, I show you a super easy and very elegant dessert, you can be proud to serve for anybody. I call this dessert Passion Love.
I have made it many times for family and friends and it´s a success everytime. Yes even children eat this passion dessert.
Cooking tips:
The cool thing about my dessert Passion Love is, that you can put it in the freezer and take it out when you need to serve it. So even if you have a big arrangement with a lot of guests or family, you do not have to be stressed about it. You can make your Passion Love dessert a long time in advance. You can also make the decoration in advance, it just needs to be placed in the fridge. I show in my video, that I make some gold balls decoration - made by marzipan or fondant - but you can easily replace them with chocolate balls or something else you like.
And if you have some nut chocolate left over after making the desserts, you can easily make them into chocolate nut bars.
