2 teaspoons Oregano 1 can tomatoes -- plum 3 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon honey Saute garlic in a skillet with olive oil until they are brown at medium heat. Reduce heat and add tomatoes, oregano and bay leaves. Let it simmer until sauc e is thick. Serve on top of pasta. Add honey to reduce acidity.

How to Make Spaghetti Napolitan
(serves 2) 150g Spaghetti (5.29 oz) 1500ml Water (6.34 u.s. cup) 2 tsp Salt 1/2 Onion (120g/4.23 oz) 1 Garlic Clove
4 slices of Pork Loin Ham (100g/3.53 oz) 5 Button mushrooms 2 Bell Peppers
