Pumpkin Jam Recipe! مربى اليقطين
I'm back with this easy pumpkin Jam recipe
-2 kgs of peeled and chopped ???? pumpkin.
-2 kgs of sugar
-2 liters of water(10 cups).
-100 grams of lime(½ a cup)
-¼ tsp of citric acid.
-½ squeezed ???? lemon.
-Water and lime to be mixed and set aside for about two hours.
-Water and chopped pumpkin to be set aside for about 6 to 24 hours.
-Sugar and pumpkin to be set aside for 25 hours before we put on fire.
-Citric acid and lemon to be added after 60 minutes of boiling.(final step before turning off the fire.
-Crunchy taste will be revealed better after 2 to three days.
-Keep the pumpkin soaked with its water in the jar and keep it stored in a cool and dry area.

Marmalade- Pumpkin And Orange Marmalade Recipe.
In this video, I show you how to make Pumpkin Orange Marmalade
With a detailed step by step instructions.
Ingredients:
1- Pumpkin (Medium anywhere from 3 to 5 pounds)
5- cups of sugar
** Note**
The sugar is needed to preserve the marmalade
And don't worry the marmalade with not be sweet at all the taste is just right.
1- Lemon
2- Oranges
1- Envelope or pack of pectin (I am using Dr. Oetker Gelfix Klasic 1:1)
Sterilize the jars:
1- Put the jars inside a cooking pot and cover with water
2- Boil the jars **Note (they will make clicking and popping noises)
This is normal after you have boiled them, lower heat to the
Lowest setting and cover with the lid, until ready to use
3- Once you are ready to use the glass jars, take them out and put
Them upside down on a dishtowel with the lids, make sure you
Also, have a sterilized marmalade funnel
Now let’s can the marmalade.
1- Now add the marmalade to the jars making sure you leave about
1-inch space on the top before you put on the lids
2- Now place the jars inside a pot with water and boil for 20 minutes
** Note (The boiling time depends on the altitude where you live)
For people like me who live on a mountain, it’s 20 minutes
**Note (Make sure the whole jar is covered by the water)
3- After they have boiled for the specified time, take them out and
Place them upside down on the same dish towel
Leave them upside down for about an hour or so
**Note (You should hear a pop sound) this means that the lids
Are sealed, don’t put them in an upward position, until you hear
The lids go POP
4- After the jars have cooled down, store on a cabinet that is dark
You can store them inside a cabinet for about a year or more.

Pumpkin jam: how to make it at home in a few steps!
It's perfect for tarts, pies or on toast in the morning breakfast.
INGREDIENTS
1kg of pumpkin
400g caster sugar
Zest and juice of half a lemon
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
Sterilized glass jars
METHOD
Peel and cut the pumpkin into small squares. Cook it in a pan.
Mash all the pumpkin with a fork.
Pour it into a pot, add sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and ground ginger. Mix and wait for it to boil.
Let cool and pour into a glass jar.
