How To make Quick Raisin Bread
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Baking soda
3/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Sugar
1 c Raisins
2 c Cereal flakes
1 ea Egg
1 1/2 c Buttermilk
4 tb Shortening -- melted
Dredge raisins in small amount of flour, sift dry ingredients together and add raisins and cereal. Beat eggs slightly, add milk and melted shortening, blend well with first mixture but do not overmix. Bake in greased loaf pan 350 F. about 1 hour. 1/2 cup warm milk (120ml)
1 large egg
1/2 cup orange juice (120ml)
1/4 cup brown sugar (50g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
1 tsp vanilla paste or extract
1 tsp salt (4g)
3 cups all purpose flour (375g) or bread flour
1/4 cup unsalted butter (60g)
1/3 cup softened butter 75g (salted or unsalted)
1 cup mix of raisins and sultanas
1/3 cup almond flakes
some icing sugar to sprinkle

How to make CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD
Ingredients,
2 cups all purpose flour
1 pkg yeast - instant or active or 2 tsp
1/4 cup sugar not 1/2 cup, but its up to you to add more if you like your bread a bit sweeter, raisin makes it sweet though :)
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup warm milk, heat in microwave for 30 seconds
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg, rm temp
1 cup raisins
1/4 - 1/2 cup flour for kneading
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tsp cinnamon powder
Eggwash
1 eggyolk
1 tsp water

180g fresh milk/full milk (room temperature) (3/4 cup)
6g instant yeast (1 1/2 tsp)
30g granulated sugar (2 tbsp)
10g vegetable oil (3/4tbsp)
1 medium egg 58-60g with shell
6g vanilla paste or extract (1 1/2 tsp)
37g unsalted butter(softened) (2 1/2 tbsp)
375 all purpose flour (2 1/2 cup)
5g salt (3/4 tsp)
100g raisin 1/2 cup+2tbsp)
Egg wash: 1 egg+1tbsp milk (optional)
Bake in a Preheated oven at180°C for 15 minutes.

Cinnamon Raisin Bread (No Knead)
(Adapted from kitchenhealssoul.com)
INGREDIENTS
3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
½ tsp active dry yeast
1½ tsp salt
1½ tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup (120g) raisins
3/4 cup (188g) milk
3/4 cup (188g) water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, yeast, salt, sugar, raisins, and cinnamon.
2. Pour in the milk and water, and stir it in with a wooden spoon until your dough forms a ball.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave on the counter for over about 12-15 hours (no less than 12 hours, it needs this time to grow)
4. After this time you will see your dough is sticky, boozy and has at least doubled in size.
5. Scrape your dough out of the bowl and onto a floured surface and fold it two times on itself, kind of like a book
6. Roll your dough into a round ball or ‘boule’ getting it nice and smooth on the bottom
7. Let rise for 1 hours at room temperature covered with a floured tea towel. It might take longer than an hour. It will rise and grow, and also spread out a little too
8. Bake in a HOT oven at 400oF (200oC) for 45/50 minutes. To get a crispy, thick crust KEEP THE OVEN DOOR CLOSED DURING BAKING, please.
9. Let cool completely before devouring.
