1 c Oil,cooking
3 lb Beef round,coarse grind
3 lb Beef chuck,coarse grind
Peppercorns,whole black 12 tb Red chile,mild,ground
6 tb Cumin
6 Garlic cloves
2 Onions
Water 6 Red chiles
3/4 c Chile caribe
1 tb Oregano,dried,pref. Mexican
2 tb Paprika
2 tb Cider vinegar
3 c Beef broth
4 oz Diced green chiles
4 oz Stewed tomatoes
1 ts Hot pepper sauce,liquid
2 tb Corn flour(masa harina)
1. Melt the suet or heat the cooking oil in a large heavy pot over
medium-high heat. Add the meat and the black pepper to taste, to the pot. Break up any lumps with a fork and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is evenly browned.~ 2. Stir in the ground chile, cumin, garlic, and onions. Add a small amount of water to barely cover. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 to 45 minutes, adding water as necessary.~ 3. Stir the crushed red chiles into the meat mixture. Brew the oregano like tea in 1/2 cup warm beer (room temperate). Strain the oregano-beer "tea" and stir the liquid into the pot. Discard the oregano. Stir in the paprika, vinegar, 2 cups of beef broth, diced chiles, tomatoes, and hot pepper sauce. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 to 45 minutes longer. Stir often.~ 4. Dissolve the masa flour in the remaining 1 cup of broth. Stir it into the pot and simmer, uncovered, 1/2 longer.~

2 medium carrots sliced
1 large potato sliced into cubes

1 Knorr Beef Cube
1 can 8 oz. tomato sauce
5 tablespoons liver spread
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 medium yellow onion chopped
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 ½ cups water
6 tablespoons cooking oil

Redu Himachali recipe or Kheru Recipe is a very easy and quick recipe from the state of Himachal Pradesh of India. Redu (रेड़ू) is also known as kheru. It is made with dahi/ curd.
Redu recipe needs only a few ingredients from your kitchen and they are simple ingredients only. Kheru or redu is eaten best with makki ki roti or bajra roti. It is also very famously eaten with rice. In my home whenever we make whole pulses like Rajma, Chane, mah ki dal etc I always make some redu with it.
Redu Himachali Recipe needs dahi/curd, some whole spices mianly cumin, coriander and fenugreek seeds and other daily spices. This himachali dish is best made in mustard oil. Other than spices, for a little crunch some onions and garlic is also added in it.
This redu recipe is very forgiving. You can actually add in some spices of your choice and make it in your way. In this video I have shown the traditional cooking method of this himachali cuisine dish. So, make this dish and enjoy you all.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 + 1/2kg pork belly
- 1/4kg pork liver
- 2 cans liver spread
- 7 pcs hotdogs
- A handful of raisins
- 3 spoons sugar
- 3 pcs carrots & 2big potatoes
- 1 red & 1green bell pepper(medium size)
- onions
- garlic
- 2 tbspn oyster sauce
- 1/2 of mama sita’s menudo mix
- 1 beef cube or pork cube
- 3 1/2 cups water
- salt
- tomato sauce
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
PORK MARINATE OVERNIGHT:
- 5tbsp soy sauce
- 1whole lemon
- 1 spoon ground black pepper

Pork Asado is a red-colored sweetmeats with sweet sauce.
Pork Asado, otherwise known as Asadong Baboy, is one of the most special recipes commonly prepared when we have festivities, parties, or even special occasions.
INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo Pork Pigue, cut into big chunks
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
4 Tbsp Liquid Seasoning
1/4 cup Lemon Juice or Calamansi Juice
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Garlic, chopped
1 medium Onion, chopped
Bay Leaves
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
2 cups Water
1 small can Liver Spread
1/2 cup Cheese
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar (or add more)
