Mutton Tandoori Roast
Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Dahi (Yogurt) strained ½ Cup
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Tandoori masala 3 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Mutton shank ½ kg
Directions:
-In a bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, cooking oil and whisk well.
-Add mutton shank and mix well. Cover and marinate for 4-6 hour in refrigerator.
-On aluminum foil place marinated mutton pieces with remaining marinade and fold all edges.
-On baking tray place folded aluminum foil pieces and bake in preheated oven at 150 C for 1 hour.
-Take out from oven. Open the foil and again bake uncovered in preheated oven at 180 C for 25-30 minutes.
-Serve hot !

-Bowl mein dahi, adrak lehsan paste, tandoori masala aur cooking oil daal ker ache tarha whisk ker lein.
-Mutton shank daal ker ache tarha mix karein aur 4-6 hour k liye refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
-Aluminum foil per marinated mutton pieces remaining marinade ka sath rakh dein aur edges ko fold ker lein.
-Baking tray per folded aluminum foil pieces rakh dein aur preheated oven mein 150 C per 1 hour k liye bake ker lein.
-Oven se bahir nikal ker foil ko khol den aur dubara 180 C per 25-30 minutes k liye bake karen.
-Garma garam paish karen !

Mutton Roast Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
1kg Mutton (leg/bong)
1 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Green chilies paste
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Food color (yellow)
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Mace Powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Black cardamom powder
3 tbsp Prune water
1 tsp Mustard paste
1 tbsp Caper powder
1 cup vinegar
Direction:
In a bowl dip mutton in vinegar for two hours.
Then fry mutton and let it cool.
In a bowl add yogurt, salt, red chili powder, green chilies paste, ginger garlic paste, food color, cumin powder, mace, nutmeg, cardamom powder, prune water, mustard paste, caper powder and mix well.
Add mutton in it and marinate for 4 to 6 hours.
Wrap mutton pieces in aluminum foil separately.
Steam for one hour in a steamer.
Your mutton foil roast is ready to serve.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour 15 minutes

ایک باؤل میں مٹن اور سرکہ کو دو گھنٹے کے لئے بھگو کر رکھ دیں۔
اب مٹن کو فرائی کر لیں اور ٹھندا ہونے دیں۔
پھر ایک باؤل میں دہی، نمک، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، ہری مرچوں کا پیسٹ، ادرک لہسن پیسٹ، پیلا کھانے کا رنگ، ذیرہ پاؤڈر، جاوتری، جائفل، الائچی پاؤڈر، آلو بخار ا اور مسٹرڈ پیسٹ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔
اب اس میں مٹن ڈال کر چار سے چھ گھنٹے کے لئے میرینیشن کر لیں۔
پھر مٹن پیسیز کو فوائل پیپر میں بند کر لیں۔
اب سٹیمر میں ایک گھنٹے کے لئے سٹیم کر لیں۔
