Ingredients
1 pound bulk breakfast sausage
1/2 cup onion finely diced
1/4 cup parsley finely chopped
1 cup cheese shredded, divided
6 each eggs
salt
pepper
Instructions
Remove the sausage from the casings if needed, then mix the sausage with the finely diced onion and parsley. Mix well.
Divide the sausage meat between the muffin cups. Press the sausage evenly into the muffin cups, pressing it high up the sides. Cover as much of the inside of each muffin hole as you can.
Bake the sausage in the muffin tin at 350-F for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and put a good pinch of shredded cheese into the sausage-lined cup. Put it on top of the sausage in the muffin hole. Top this with an egg and a small sprinkle of cheese. Top with a few grinds of fresh pepper and a tiny sprinkle of salt.
Bake in the oven at 375-F for 5-10 minutes depending on how done you like your eggs. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 package (12 oz.) Jimmy Dean® Natural Pork Sausage
1 small zucchini, quartered lengthwise and sliced
1 medium shallot, finely chopped
1/2 fennel bulb, cut in half and sliced
6 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. In 12-inch oven-proof skillet, cook sausage over medium heat 2 minutes, stirring to break up sausage. Stir in zucchini, shallot and fennel. Cook 5 to 8 minutes or until sausage is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat eggs, milk and pepper with wire whisk. Pour over sausage mixture.
3. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover skillet and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until almost set, occasionally running spatula around edges to allow uncooked egg to flow to the bottom.
4. Meanwhile, set oven to Broil. When eggs are almost set, place skillet under broiler 4 to 5 from heat; broil 2 minutes or until set.
5. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 1 minute longer or until cheese is melted. Cut in wedges to serve. If desired, garnish with fennel fronds.

Ingredients
* 1 can Pillsbury Crescents (8 in a can)
* 8 slices of cooked bacon
* ½ red bell pepper, chopped
* ½ green bell pepper, chopped
* 5 eggs
* 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
* salt and pepper to taste
* Sausage
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
2. In a bowl beat the eggs and add the chopped peppers to it and stir. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the eggs in a skillet so that they're scrambled.
3. Lay out the crescent on a parchment pepper, like a star as shown in the picture above.
4. On each crescent lay a piece of bacon. Add half of the cheese around the ring. Add the scrambled eggs around the ring and top with remainder of the cheese. Add Sausage
5. Fold the crescents over
6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the crescents are cooked and golden brown.

1/2 yellow onion, chopped
200 g pork sausages
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
A little salt
A little black pepper
2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon cooking oil
Steps
1.In a bowl, Crack in the eggs, add in the milk and seasoning with salt and black pepper. Using a fork to beat the ingredients until combined.
2.In a flying pan, heat the cooking oil on medium heat.
3.Once the oil is hot, stir in the sausages and yellow onion for about 3 minutes.

Homemade Egg McMuffin | Sausage McMuffin with Egg
This is our copycat version of the world famous Sausage McMuffin with Egg.
It’s a simple preparation that anyone can make with a few ingredients and little time.
Recipe: (makes 2)
2 each- whole eggs
2 each- English muffins
2 each- 4 oz breakfast sausage patties
4 each- slices American cheese
1 TBSP- butter
1/4 cup water
Method:
Slice English muffins and toast in oven or toaster.
Brown sausage on cooktop until cooked completely.
Melt butter in a sauté pan. Over medium heat.
Using a ring mold, place in sauté pan and crack an egg into each mold.
Add water around the outside of the pan and cover.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, remove the eggs.
Build your sandwich with English muffin bottom, cheese, sausage, egg, cheese and top of the muffin.
Place in a warm oven to melt cheese if desired.
