1 lb Sausage meat
2 c Bisquick powder
2 c Cheddar cheese
Grate the cheese and allow it to come to room temperature (or grate it at room temperature). Mix (by hand, or with a fork or spoon) with the Bisquick powder and the sausage meat (crumbled). Form into bite-sized balls, around 3/4" in diameter. Cook on foil or a baking pan at 325 F for about 20 minutes. I think I was also told that these store very well, but I'm not positive about that.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. pork sausage
2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. Cheddar, shredded
2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
1 tbsp. paprika
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment. In a large bowl, combine sausage, Bisquick, cheddar, parsley, and paprika and season with salt and pepper.
2. Using a small cookie scoop, place tablespoon-size balls of the mixture onto prepared baking sheet.
3. Brush tops of balls with olive oil and bake until deeply golden and no longer pink, 25 minutes.
4. Garnish with parsley and serve.
