Creole Shrimp Dip Recipe
- 1lb Raw gulf shrimp chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 4-5 cloves of Garlic minced
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Creole Seasonings
- 1/4 cup White Wine
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 8oz Shredded Colby Jack
- 8oz Shredded Mozzarella
- 4oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- Green Onion or Parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Prepare charcoal grill for two zone cooking.
2. Melt butter over direct heat side of grill in a cast iron skillet. Add chopped shrimp & garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in white wine and lemon juice. Season with Creole seasoning to taste.
4. Transfer shrimp mixture to a large mixing bowl and add cream cheese, Colby Jack, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Sour Cream, and Mayo. Stir to combine.
5. Spread mixture into cast iron skillet and cook over indirect side of grill until hot and bubbly about 15 minutes.
6. Garnish with finely chopped green onion and additional Creole seasoning. Serve with toasted baguettes.

►1 baguette, cut into ½ slices
►2-3 Tbsp butter or oil
Shrimp and Artichoke Dip Ingredients:
►1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
►1 Tbsp butter
►salt and pepper to taste
►4 oz cream cheese
►8 oz sour cream (light is ok)
►4 Tbsp unsalted butter
►8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded, divided
►14 oz quartered artichoke hearts, well-drained and chopped
►1 large garlic clove, pressed
►1 Tbsp Tabasco, or to taste

HOW-TO Make Shrimp Dip!
I show you the way to make an awesome dip that's turned into a family tradition!
MATERIALS INCLUDE:
1 Large Bowl (Don't use glass since you're mixing in it)
4 Bars of cream cheese
3 bottles of cocktail sauce (Use about 2 & 1/2 first. You want it to be a little lighter pink/orange color)
1 can of tiny shrimp

Charleston Shrimp Dip with Chef Greg | REC TEC Grills
REC TEC's Greg Mueller is cooking up some delicious tailgating dip!
Ingredients:
1 lb raw shrimp - deveined with shell on
2 Tbsps REC TEC Ray's Front Row Master Blend
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup green onions - sliced
1/2 cup celery - diced
1 tsp garlic - chopped
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp horseradish
1 Tbsp Tabasco sauce (or more to taste)
Method:
Season shrimp with REC TEC Ray's Front Row Master Blend, smoke at 225°F for 45 minutes, chill, peel, and chop.
In a large bowl mix remaining ingedients.
Add the chopped shrimp, taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.
Butter or oil a baking dish, add the shrimp mixture.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes until the mixture is hot and bubbly.
Serve with toasted garlic baguette slices or your favorite crackers.
