How To make Spinach Casserole
10 oz Spinach, chopped
-(frozen or fresh) 2 tb Butter (or margarine)
1 sm Onion, chopped
Yogurt, plain -(between 1-2 C) 2 tb Flour
Cheddar or parmesan cheese -(between 1-2 C), grated Salt Pepper Rinse and chop the spinach. Place the chopped spinach in a heavy skillet, cover, and steam until wilted, stirring occasionally. There is no need to add water other than what clings to the leaves from washing. (If you are using frozen spinach, place over low or medium heat to thaw and allow excess water to evaporate.) Transfer to small bowl. In a skillet, melt the butter (or margarine). Add the onion and cook until soft. Add the flour and stir for 1 minute over medium heat. Season the mixture to taste with salt and pepper, and then gradually whisk in the yogurt. Add the spinach and turn to coat the leaves. Remove from heat and blend in the cheese. Pour into a greased 8x4-inch loaf pan, and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. 250 g spinach
150 g blue cheese
750 ml milk | 3 ¼ cups
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
¼ tsp nutmeg
50 g parmesan cheese

Creamed Spinach Casserole
Creamed spinach casserole is a delicious side dish that compliments most any meat. It goes over great at potlucks and other gatherings or just make it for your family. If you need more, just double the recipe and it will work just fine. I've listed the ingredients below so you can try this for yourself, if you'd like. Creamed Spinach Casserole:
1 - 10-ounce package frozen spinach, cooked according to package directions and drained well (press the water out with a spoon or paper towel to remove as much liquid as possible)
2 ounces softened cream cheese
1 egg, well beaten
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
garlic powder and pepper to taste
Topping:
1 sleeve of any round, buttery cracker that you like
3 tablespoons melted butter
