Only 2 Ingredient Chocolate Fudge Recipe | Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe
This is a super-quick and easy chocolate fudge recipe! This 2 ingredient chocolate fudge is perfect for sharing and can be a quick treat for the family or friends. I've added walnuts in the fudge but you can add any chopped nuts of your choice. This homemade chocolate fudge is no-bake, eggless, and is perfect for gift giving!
Tips for making Chocolate Fudge:
1. Prepare the pan and the ingredients before starting to make the chocolate fudge.
2. Use good quality dark chocolate.
3. Use Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)
4. Melt the chocolate over LOW heat stirring regularly.
5. You need to refrigerate the chocolate fudge for at least 5-6 hours for the fudge to set completely. Refrigeration makes the fudge more firm.

Homemade New York Super Fudge Chunk - Delicious Ice Cream! Make Your Own!
Sorry, Ben! Get lost, Jerry! My favorite ice cream, New York Super Fudge Chunk, is now made in my own home kitchen—with just a few, simple, wholesome ingredients. Please call the fire department in a few weeks so they can cut down a wall to get me out of the house.
The recipe comes from this 1987 book, out of print but still available for purchase on Amazon:
Just don't forget to heat the mixture if you want to be food safe 2020-style, as it contains eggs. This recipe was published in a halcyon age when nobody worried about salmonella, before children were on leashes, and it was safe to visit the supermarket without a HazMat suit. See my important note in the video itself.
Here's the Kitchenaid freezer bowl I use, which works with a regular Kitchenaid stand mixer (but any ice cream maker will work wonderfully):
And, here's the Tivolo insulated ice cream tub I use to store the ice cream—this really does work a lot better than a regular plastic container. Highly recommended!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz chopped white chocolate
2 oz chopped semisweet chocolate
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chocolate covered almonds (I used slivered almonds)
4 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
Optional box of Oreos (or, zero to five Oreos)
I roast all my nuts and let them cool beforehand–gives the nuts that extra oomph. In the video I mention my banana bread video, where I demonstrate how to roast almonds:

THE BEST easy brownies from scratch! Ben & Jerry's Superfudge Brownies
Ben & Jerry's Superfudge Brownies are the best easy brownies from scratch (in my opinion, anyway)! I used to make this recipe all the time but haven't bake up a batch in a few years. I am so glad I made these again, and am so happy to share them with you.

SUPERFUDGE BROWNIES (from Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream & Dessert Book, 1987)
4oz unsweetened chocolate
1/2c (1 stick) butter
4 eggs, at room temperature
1/2tsp salt
2c sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
1c all purpose flour
1. Preheat oven to 350. Butter and lightly flour a 9x13 inch pan (or use butter parchment paper like I did)
2. Melt the chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Let cool in the pan to room temperature. If you're in a hurry, you can quickly cool it in the refrigerator, but be sure it doesn't solidify again.
3. Beat the eggs and salt in a mixing bowl until very fluffy. Gradually beat in the sugar and vanilla. Fold in the cool chocolate mixture. Add the flour and fold in until just blended. It is important to fold in the chocolate and flour gently to keep the batter as fluffy as possible.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool in the pan completely before cutting.
