Sriracha-Reaper Popcorn Chicken Appetizers for the Super Bowl
The Super Bowl is coming up, so today we are making Sriracha-Carolina Reaper popcorn chicken. The result is some spicy popcorn chicken! This recipe is based on a recipe from the Mad Dog 357 company and we have just swapped out their Mad Dog 357 Naga Morich Pepper Puree (in the original recipe) with Mad Dog 357 Reaper Sriracha hot sauce, and then moved the cook to the grill.
The Mad Dog 357 hot sauce we’ve chosen has the wonderful flavor of Sriracha, but adds some kick from the world’s hottest pepper – the Carolina Reaper.
Ingredients
• 2 skinless Chicken breasts
• 2 teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Reaper Sriracha
• 1 cup barbecue sauce. I used Fat Bastard Bear Bite BBQ sauce.
• 8 oz Potato chips
• Chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to 350-375°F. You will need to grease the grill grates or use a non-stick grill mat. If the chicken sticks, then the potato chips will fall off the chicken.
2. Take a sharp knife and cut the chicken into approximately 1” pieces and place in a bowl. Add the hot sauce and barbecue sauce, then mix well.
3. Place the potato chips inside a Ziploc bag and then crush the chips into crumbs.
4. Now, put the chicken pieces inside the Ziploc bag with the crushed potato chips and shake the bag to get the chicken covered with the chips.
5. Place the chicken bites on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes until the chicken is done.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with more BBQ sauce or Ranch Dressing.

DIY Caramel & Regular Popcorn. SUPERBOWL SNACK
For the most part we eat mostly organic foods, and on a whole we try our best to be mindful of what we use in our home, on our body and put out on our planet. In this video we show how we prepare our Homemade Caramel and Regular Popcorn using Trader Joe's Ingredients. It's Simple and Easy with no long time spent in the kitchen. So, now you have two options, you can purchase it or prepare it at home knowing all of the ingredients that are in it.
Take a little time to invest in staying healthy and fit by doing it yourself. knowing what's in your foods will help you to also manage your diet / weight.
Growing up in the Caribbean (Grenada) my mom, neighbors, and most businesses will make their own natural snacks and sell them. I grew up seeing my mom making our snacks from scratch; from Tambourine Balls, Guava Square/Cheese, Ice Pop/Snow Ice, Pop Corn, Fudge Squares, Plantain Chips, Plum, Guava and Golden apple Jelly and the list goes on. So Now that I live in New York and I have my own child, why not do the same?. It's so much healthier and we save a lot. Bella, also learns how to care for herself and will pass all of these information on to our next generation.
I have so much fun creating these videos and I have so much content on my mind that is not created into videos as yet. I have lots more in store for our channel and I can't wait to share because I truly believe that it will inspire and open the consciousness of all people. Yes, we have evolve as human beings and in many inventions but we have to be very very mindful of how we care for our bodies and planet. We are in control of our actions and thoughts.
POPCORN RECIPE: In a 3.5 Qt / 3.3 L Pot, make sure that the pot is dry inside and have no liquid prior... Then add:
2/3 of a Cup Of Extra Virgin Olive oil
2/3 of a Cup Of Popping Corn
Cover the pot and allow the corn to finish popping.
For The Regular Popcorn Just add Salt of your choice when finished popping.
To Prepare your Caramel Popcorn, you add the nuts and melted Caramel, and mix it in slowly until all of the caramel is distributed on all of the popcorn. And, there you have it, you are finish and ready to serve it up!
NOTE: You can use the natural ingredients of your choice. But I will avoid using Grape Seed Oil since that in have high flammability.
