저는 한 달 전에 건과일을 럼주에 담가두었다 사용했지만, 빵을 만들기 전날 밤 담가두었다 사용해도 좋습니다.
I soaked dried fruits in rum a month ago, but you can also soak them the night before making bread.
럼의 종류는 무관하나, 골드럼의 풍미가 보다 좋습니다. (저는 화이트럼 사용)

⭐섭취⭐
슈톨렌은 시간이 지날수록 점점 촉촉해지는 빵이므로, 굽자마자 바로 먹는 것보다는 밀봉 후 냉장실에 최소 1주일 숙성 후 드시길 추천합니다.
⭐보관⭐
가운데 부분부터 약 1cm두께로 잘라서 먹고, 양옆을 다시 붙여서 밀봉해 냉장실에 보관합니다.
도수가 높은 럼이 다량 들어갔고, 겉면을 버터와 설탕으로 코팅했기 때문에 약 2개월까지도 보관 가능합니다.
⭐Eating⭐
Stollen is a bread that gets moist as time goes by, so it is recommended to eat it after being sealed and aged in the refrigerator for at least a week rather than eating it immediately as soon as it is baked.
⭐Storage⭐
Cut and eat it into about 1cm thick from the center, attach both sides again, seal it, and store it in the refrigerator.
It contains rum with high alcohol content, and the surface is coated with butter and sugar, so it can be stored for about 2 months.

Vegan fruit cake
Ingredients for the dough:
• 500ml organic water kefir
• 115g organic dough
• 75g organic brown sugar respectively raw cane sugar or coconut blossom sugar
• 1 pack vanilla sugar
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 3 tablespoons organic sunflower oil
Ingredients for the cream:
• 50g organic margarine
• 2 tablespoon organic powdered sugar
Ingredients for the topping:
Fresh organic fruits according to your personal taste, for example: raspberries, pineapple, kiwi, currants, strawberries, blueberries or figs. Delicious organic dried fruits for baking or just to nibble you can get in our shop.
Preparation
Add all ingredients for the dough into a bowl and stir it with a whisk until it is smooth. The dough seems too liquid for that but that is how it should be! Grease a baking tin with margarine and add the dough into it. Bake it in the preheated baking oven at 180°C for about an 15 minutes. Now test with a toothpick if the dough is ready. The dough is ready, if you pull the pick off the dough and there are no remains of the dough on it. In this case you can remove the dough from the oven and let it cool down. In the meantime mix the margarine and the powdered sugar until it is forming a cream. Wash, peel and cut the fruits.
Spread the cream on the already cooled cake base and garnish it with the fruits.
Working hours: ca. 30 minutes without baking
The fruit biscuit keeps for up to two days in the refrigerator. This delicious vegan pastry taste even better the day after preparation, because then it is well pull through.
How to serve
You can enjoy the biscuit cool as cake or warm with vanilla sauce as a sweet.
