The Easiest Homemade Fudge Guide (3 Ways)
There really isn't much to say about fudge other than it's chocolate, chewy, and delicious. However, for this holiday season let's make it three different ways but also elevate it a bit and fancier - say chocolatier version if you will.

Old Fashioned Fudge - VERY OLD RECIPE - VIDEO RECIPE
ღஐƸ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒஐღ ▇ ♥ ♥ Show Some Cajun Luv by Subbing. ♥ ♥ ▇ღஐƸ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒஐღ
The profile picture was taken on a later batch. I just love my red dutch oven. It makes the best fudge.
I wanted to share this recipe with y'all because this is the fudge my mommy makes for me when I come to visit. My grandmother would always make me a birthday cake with this poured over the top every year.. This fudge is chocolaty smooth and hits the spot for that sweet tooth that we all have.. Enjoy ..
Old Fashioned Fudge
1 ½ Cups of Sugar
1/3rd Cup of Cocoa
3/4th Cup of Cream
Pinch of Salt
Mix dry ingredients
Bring to soft ball stage as directed in video
Remove from heat and add 2 1/4 th TBP Butter, 1 Tsp Vanilla
And a heaping spoon of Creamy Peanut Butter, still well then
Turn out onto wax or buttered pan. (Peanut Butter is optional) It will still be great without it.

Num Num Baked Goods - Old Fashioned Chocolate Fudge
This is my first video I have ever made so please go easy on me please haha! If you have any questions just ask away in the comments. :)
Ingredients
2 cups of white sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup of milk
4 Tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 Teaspoon of vanilla
Directions
Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan. Set aside.
Combine sugar, cocoa and milk in a medium saucepan. Stir to blend, then bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer. Do not stir again.
Place candy thermometer in pan and cook until temperature reaches 238 degrees F(114 degrees C). If you are not using a thermometer, then cook until a drop of this mixture in a cup of cold water forms a soft ball. Feel the ball with your fingers to make sure it is the right consistency. It should flatten when pressed between your fingers.
Remove from heat. Add butter or margarine and vanilla extract. Beat with a wooden spoon until the fudge loses its sheen. Do not under beat.
Pour into prepared pan and let cool. Cut into about 60 squares and enjoy :).
