Wendy's Chili ~ How to Make at Home (Copycat Hack)
Recipe & Instructions for Wendy's Copycat Chili
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef 85/15
29 ounces canned tomato sauce
29 ounces canned kidney beans ~ not drained
29 ounces canned pinto beans ~ not drained
28 ounces canned tomatoes chopped ~(not drained
1 yellow onion diced
1 diced jalapeno de-seeded and de-veined
2 stalks celery chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1/4 cup chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Brown the ground beef.
Drain the fat.
Add in the rest of the ingredients (except the butter) and bring to a boil.
Lower to a simmer and cook uncovered for 2 hours stirring occasionally.
Add in the butter and stir until fully melted and incorporated.

• 2 tbsp ground cumin
• 2 tbsp Chef Ange Base Seasoning -
• 1 x 15 oz canned pinto beans

• 1 x 10 oz canned Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilis
• 1 x 15 oz canned tomato sauce
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup beef broth
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• shredded cheddar cheese, topped before serving

Wendy’s Chili Copy Cat Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh ground beef
1 quart tomato juice
1 (29-ounce) can tomato puree
1 (15-ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, drained
1 medium-large onion, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain off the fat.
Put the beef and the remaining ingredients in a crockpot.
Cook this in a crockpot on low for 3 to 4 hours.
Serve and Enjoy !!
