Here’s your recipe!
1 Piece of Ginger, Crushed
1 Clove Garlic - Crushed
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Catsup
4 TBS Sherry
1 Tsp Salt
1 Rack Baby Back Ribs
Combine everything but ribs. Marinate ribs in sauce for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Set oven to 325. Place about 1/2 inch of water in roasting pan with a rack over the top. Place ribs on rack. Bake for 45 minutes. Use balance of marinade to baste while cooking. Cut ribs into single portions and serve hot.

Chinese Style Frozen Abalone Recipe to Easily Cook at Home
Do you like the taste of abalone in high-end Chinese restaurants with a lower cost? With easy recipes and fresh frozen abalone, you can easily cook heavenly taste abalone at home! Ingredients:
A Pack of Jack & King's Frozen on Shell & Gutted Abalone (6 pieces)
Pork Belly 8.8 oz (or 250g)
Ginger 0.8 oz (or 20g)
Green onion 2 pcs
Soysause 3 sps
Suger half sps
Method:
Step 1: Cut the abalone, scoring it with a knife as shown, and set aside.
Step 2: Cut the pork into small cubes and fry it with ginger and onions.
Step 3: Add the seasonings and water and cook for 45 minutes.
Step 4: Add the prepared abalone and stir fry everything together for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Remove everything to a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve over rice.
