*FiberCreme is a high-fiber multifunctional creamer that can make any food or drink creamier and tastier.
The function of FiberCreme can be used as an alternative to coconut milk and coconut milk.
The advantages of FiberCreme include high fiber, low sugar, cholesterol free, trans fat free, gluten free, lactose free, has a low glycemic index. The high fiber content is able to suppress hunger longer so it is suitable for dieting. The sugar content and low glycemic index make FiberCreme suitable for diabetics.
The main component of FiberCreme is soluble dietary fiber oligosaccharides derived from tapioca/cassava. Isomalto-Oligosaccharides belong to the group of carbohydrates that cannot be absorbed by the body. So, the body will not store it in excess so it does not have the potential to raise blood sugar in the body.
The difference between FiberCreme and other creamers is that other creamers can generally only be used as a mixture of certain drinks. FiberCreme is a multifunctional creamer that can be used as a substitute for coconut milk and milk in almost all types of drinks and foods. Another advantage of FiberCreme is that it is high in fiber, low in sugar, cholesterol free, and free of trans oils.
So, here i make it as a Creamer for subtitute of cream at the Brandy Alexander Cocktail , as you all know , The Brandy Alexander also could have been created for the first time in 1922 at the wedding of Henry George Charles Lascelles, 6th Earl of Harewood, and Princess Victoria Alexandra Alice Mary, daughter of King George V and Queen Mary. Or perhaps the claim by Algonquin Round Table member, critic Alexander Woollcott, that the drink was named for him is true. Beatles fans will be quick to note that the Brandy Alexander was John Lennon’s favorite cocktail.
Of course, the Brandy Alexander could be named for a person I believe is its most likely creator. Troy Alexander purportedly came up with the drink while working as a bartender at famed New York City restaurant Rector’s. Operating from 1899 to 1919, Rector’s boasted the first revolving front door in New York and was a high-society haunt for NYC’s nouveau riche. Given Rector’s history and importance to our industry, it’s not difficult to believe that Troy Alexander created the Brandy Alexander.
That said, it’s important for you to know that the Brandy Alexander is itself a riff on another cocktail, the gin-based Alexander. With that in mind, you’ll find recipes below for gin, vodka and bourbon Alexanders. You can also make them with rum and coffee liqueurs, so get creative for National Brandy Alexander Day!

The ULTIMATE Festive Drink - Alexander cocktail
When the name Alexander, a few things may come to your mind. Alexander the Great, Alexander Hamilton... But there's also Alexander the Drink! This is a classic cocktail that dates back to the early 1900s. Before the Brandy version, there also was the Gin version. Today we're going to make both versions and compare them, side by side.
Hard to confirm the origins of this drink, because there are a couple compelling stories. But the most plausible one was found by a historian, in the Philadelphia Inquirer from a publication on October 3rd, 1915. It states that a Head bartender “went as far as to create an Alexander cocktail.” This was in honor of Philadelphia pitcher Grover Cleveland Alexander for the 1915 World Series Philly vs Boston. Boston won that series.
Many people however link the cocktail to Troy Alexander. A bartender at a New York pre-Prohibition lobster restaurant called Rector’s. It is said that Mr. Troy created this cocktail for a dinner celebrating a successful advertising campaign. The ad campaign was Phoebe Snow and it ran for almost 70 years. She became one of the most recognized advertising mascots.
But Alexander was a favorite during the Prohibition era as the cream and nutmeg garnish helped disguise the rough taste of Homemade “Bathtub Gin”.

Alexander the Great is closely related to a Brandy Alexander. It's a creamy, dessert cocktail made with creme de cacao and cream (I used half and half), but instead of cognac or brandy, the base spirit is vodka. It's also given a boost by some coffee liqueur. Its a vintage cocktail and I found it in the 1947 Stork Club Bar Book! ????✨ If you like Mudslides, White Russians and Brandy Alexanders, then this Alexander the Great cocktail deserves a spot in your repertoire.
Cheers,
Rob ????

Brandy Alexander Cocktail Recipe
Brandy Alexander Cocktail Drink Recipe
A classic old school cocktail, becoming popular in the early 20th century. Purportedly named for Czar Alexander II. Mine is blended, but shaken and served in a martini glass is OK too. Based on an earlier version using gin called the 'Alexander', this one uses Brandy, Dark Creme de Cocoa and cream. It is sometimes confused with another drink called the 'Panama' which utilizes White Creme de Cocoa.
In this version, I use a chocolate swirl in the serving glass. This appears in no other recipe but my own. But it's my video, so I claim creative license.
