Ken's Santa Fe Burger | #inspiredburger | Cuisinart 360 Griddle Cooking Center
I had so much fun putting together this collaboration with my friends, John at 1984 BBQ and Russell at BBQ Trucker! To be honest, this was my first collaboration. This Santa Fe Style Hamburger was inspired from a recent trip to a local Chili's restaurant near me. It was so good, I had to make my own version of it.

CARL’S JR. | HARDY’S | SANTA FE CHICKEN SANDWICH | COPYCAT RECIPE
Hello, welcome to EZ Eatery! My name is Angela and today we're doing a copycat version of the Carl's Jr. or Hardy's Southwestern Chicken Sandwich. This is my go to item I always buy when I go to Carl's Jr. It has a little kick and is so delicious! Not very fond of the $8.99 price tag though. I knew there was a way to make it at home, and we nailed it! Let's get started!
Carl's Jr./Hardy's Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich Copycat Recipe
Chicken
Hamburger buns
1/3 C Soy sauce
1/4 C Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 pinch salt
Lettuce
4 ounce canned whole green chiles
American cheese slice
Marinate chicken in a ziplock bag with soy sauce for about a half an hour in the refrigerator.
Sauce: Mix together mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, paprika, and curry into a small bowl. Stir well and set aside.
Cook the chicken on the grill, or air fryer, or I used my George Foreman Grill and it only took 5 minutes on each side. Just make sure the internal temperature is 165 F. Toast buns on grill for the last 2 minutes.
To Serve: Spread sauce onto both buns. Place lettuce on bottom bun; top it with a green chile, followed by chicken breast, cheese, and top bun. That's it! Enjoy!
