6 ea Eggs
1/2 c Flour
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 c Milk
1 c Ham, chopped fine
2 tb Margarine
3 oz Cream cheese
2 c Cheese
1 c Cottage cheese
3 ea Green onions, chopped
1 ts Dried parsley
1/4 ts Paprika
Beat the eggs and then stir in flour and baking powder. Gradually add milk. Add remaining ingredients. Beat with mixer until well blended. Bake in a greased 2 qt. casserole at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Serve immediately. Everyone's a Homemaker - Beverly Nye (1982) -----

Makes 2 9x13 pans
2 packages stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
8 cups cooked chicken
1/2 tsp pepper
3/4 pound sliced deli ham, cut into strips
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Make stuffing according to package direction
In casserole dish layer:
chicken, ham, swiss and 1 cup cheddar cheese, cover with soup/milk mixture and stuffing
top with remainder of cheddar cheese
Cover and bake 30 minutes
Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes

Cheeseburger inspired pastry! So crunchy and so cheesy ????
Ingredients:
(Makes 8 large pieces)
2 puff pastry sheets
1 1/4 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Egg wash (one egg whisked with a tbsp. of water)
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Sliced avocado (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Sauté the onion and ground beef together on medium high heat for a couple minutes then add in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for another 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry sheet into 4 equal pieces. Use a fork to poke holes in the middle of each piece leaving a half inch border. Doing this will allow the border to poof up and create a crunchy crust.
- Add your beef to where you poked the holes.
- Add on your cheese on top of the beef.
- Brush your soon to be crust with egg wash.
- Sprinkle the edges with some toasted sesame seeds.
- Put it in the oven for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Top with sliced avocado.

1. Preheat oven to 160c FAN
2. Lay out the bottom halves of brioche buns along a baking tray, cover with burger cheese
3. Mix in half a cup of mayo to your mince and spread it onto the buns
4. Top with red onion and gherkins and more grated cheese
5. Add the tops of buns, brush with butter and top with sesame seeds
Bake for 20 mins and enjoy!.

Stuffed Pizza Rolls in English
Soft homemade rolls filled with the best ingredients like cheese, jalapenos and pepperoni, kids loved mother approved!
Preheat oven at 375 degrees
Ing:
1 pkg rhodes buns or bind dough with tandoori roti recipe
64 pepperonis
32 jalapenos
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 egg beaten (to be brushed on top of the buns before baking)
oregano (optional for sprinkling on top)
Start by putting the rhodes buns out for an hour or until just a little soft, then roll the dough to about 3 to 4 inches and fill with with pepperoni, jalapeno, pepperoni and cheese, close the dough so it looks like a roll, let it poof for about an hour lastly brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with oregano and bake for about 12 to 15 min or until golden brown.

Ingredients:
Pizza Dough
1 1/2 cup | 355 ml warm water (110 degrees F)
3 1/2 - 4 cups | 450-515 g flour
2 tsp| 7 g active dry yeast
1 tsp |12 g sugar
2 tsp 6 g salt
2 tbsp | 40 ml olive oil
Toppings!!! (anything you like really)
any cheese of your choice
mozzarella
pineapple
ham, salami, pepperoni
pepper (optional)
onion (optional)
500 degree F / 260 degree C 15 mins
Procedure:
Dough:
1. Bloom your yeast for 5 - 10 minutes.
2. Mix everything together in a bowl.
3. Knead the dough for 15-20 mins using a standing mixer. Add flour if dough is too sticky or water if it's too dry.
4. Divide dough in two.
5. Proof in your fridge overnight OR for 4 days. The longer the better.
6. Dust your station with flour rest the dough for 15 minutes or until it returns to its room temperature.
7. This would be the perfect time to preheat your oven to 500 degrees F or 260 degrees C. If your oven can go hotter than that, feel free to increase the temperature.
7. Flatten and shape your dough.
8. Then go crazy with your toppings!!!
9. Bake your amazing looking pizza for 15 minutes.
