How To make Coconut Bread3
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs -- lightly beaten
2 teaspoons coconut extract
1 cup buttermilk'
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl combine sugar, oil, eggs and coconut extract. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk; stir just until moistened. Fold in coconut and nuts. Pour into two greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 325~F. for 1 hour or until breads test done. Cool 10 minutes in pans before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

2 cups white granulated sugar (400 g)
1 Tbsp. of coconut extract/flavoring (15 ml)
1 cup buttermilk (250 ml)
1 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened or sweetened) (75g)
3 cups all-purpose (plain) flour (360 g)
1/2 tsp. salt (3 g)
1/2 tsp. baking soda (3 g)
1/2 tsp. baking powder (2 g)
Glaze:
1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar (300 g)
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter (42 g)
1/3 cup water (80 ml)
1 tsp. coconut extract/flavoring (5 ml)

Here's a surprisingly easy recipe for coconut-filled naan bread inspired by the ever-loved Peshwari naan bread.

7g instant yeast
235ml full-fat milk
75g browned butter (substitute with melted ghee/butter)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
***COCONUT FILLING
80g coconut flour
15g ground blanched almonds
1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder
50ml double cream
70ml golden syrup
