How To make Dilly Casserole Bread
1 pk Yeast in 1/4 cup water
1 c Cottage cheese
2 tb Sugar
1 tb Onion flakes
1 tb Butter
2 ts Dill seed
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Soda
1 Unbeaten egg
2 1/2 c (or a little less)
-sifted all-purpose flour Soften yeast in water. Combine all other ingredients except flour. Add the yeast mixture, then flour 1/2 cup at a time to form a stiff dough. Let this mixture stand 1 hour, covered with a piece of buttered wax paper. After the hour, punch down the dough and knead for about 5 minutes. Put the dough in a greased 8" casserole. Let this rise for 40 - 50 minutes. Bake the bread at 350 degrees F for 40 - 50 minutes until golden brown. -----

In this video I shared one of the most delicious bread recipes with you guys. You can have this bread with your favorite meal or just as it is ???? also it’s super easy to make so don’t forget to give it a try I’m sure that you’re gonna love it????
Onion dill bread ????
Ingredients:
40 g Fried Onion
5-8 g dried dill
450 500 g all purpose flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
One egg
75 g room temperature cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
225 mL lukewarm water
Method:
1. Mix the yeast and1/4 cup of Luke warm water I let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes until Activated
2. Combine The egg and cream cheese together then add dried dill along with onion and mix well.
3. Sift the flour and mix it with salt. Make a hole in the middle of the flour mixture and put the activated yeast , the egg mixture And the rest of the water into it.
4. Mix the ingredients until they comes together and form a dough That is not stick to your hands anymore.You might Need more flour so feel free to add in (up to 500 g).
5. Need the dough for 10 to 12 minutes until you get a soft dough if you are using a stand mixer feel free to need it for six minutes on low speed.
6. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and Cover it with a plastic wrap And let it rest for one hour in a warm place.
7. After the resting time Shape your dough as desired and rest again for 25 to 30 minutes.
8. Now bake it for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven in the 180°C.
9. Let it cool and enjoy! ????

Making German Dilly Bread | You Can’t Buy This in Stores!!
Hey everyone, come along with me while I make a loaf of this amazing dilly bread! You know it’s a winner when it’s handed down through five generations!! See recipe below.
German Dilly Bread:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 Tb butter
2 Tb minced onion
1 heaping Tb dill seeds (must be seeds, dill weed won't work)
1 pkg yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 Tb white sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 cups flour
Mix first four ingredients in a small sauce pan, heat on medium-low until butter melts - do not let it get too warm before adding to bread dough mixture.
In a mixing bowl, combine yeast, sugar and water, stir to dissolve yeast. Mix in one egg to yeast/water. Remove cottage cheese mixture from stove, stir in baking soda. Add cottage mixture to the bowl, stir to combine. Add 2.5 cups of flour and the salt, mix well. This is a sticky dough, so add the remaining 1/2 cup of flour a couple spoonfuls at a time, combine. You want to have a sticky dough that forms a ball on its own, and mostly pulls away from sides of bowl but still very tacky. Add flour until it reaches that stage. Once dough is at desired consistency, use a spatula to scrape it away from sides of bowl, then flour your hands, lift the dough in your hands, and fold it over itself until you form it into a ball. Place in an oiled round dish/pot, aprx 2-3quarts in size. Flip dough ball over so oily side is up. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, until double in bulk. Remove plastic from dish, preheat oven to 350*, bake for 50 min until brown on top. Let cool about 10-15 min before removing from dish onto a wire rack to cool.
