How To make Donahue Lemon Cake
1 pk Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme
Cake mix 1 pk JELLO 3.5 oz.INSTANT lemon
Pudding 1/4 c Lemon juice
4 lg Eggs
1/2 ts Lemon extract
2/3 c Canola oil
GLAZE: 1/4 c Lemon juice
1 t Grated lemon zest
1/2 ts Lemon extract
1 c Confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In the bowl of an electric mixer, add the cake mixture and instant pudding and set aside. In a measuring cup, add the lemon juice and enough cold water to make 2/3 cup. Add the eggs, lemon/water combination and lemon extract to the dry ingredients and combine. Pour in the oil and beat at medium speed for 6 minutes or until smooth. Lightly oil a Bundt pan, pour in the mixture, and back for 45 minutes or until the top is golden, and the cake is springy to the touch. While the cake is baking prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk the lemon juice, zest, lemon extract, and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Set aside. When the cake is done, cool down for 5 minutes, invert, and unmold. Using a poultry needle or toothpick, pierce the top of the cake with 1-inch deep holes. Spoon the glaze over the cake and cool. Serve with fresh berries if desired. Cheese Bombs:
Roll Dough out flat
cut cheese stick into 3 pieces and place inside dough
form a ball around cheese and brush with melted butter mixture(Italian seasoning and garlic)
Bake at 425 for 15 mins
Add remaining butter mixture to each one and enjoy!

QUICK AND EASY DINNERS | WHAT'S FOR DINNER | YOUR FAMILY WILL LOVE THESE RECIPES | EASY COOKING
1 Pot Chicken and Orzo:
To skillet add a small drizzle of oil and add seasoned chicken thighs
-Season chicken well with whatever flavors you want
Cook chicken on both sides until chicken is cooked through and remove from pan
Next add in an entire head of garlic or about 6 cloves minced
and 1 box of orzo
Cook for a second together and then add a splash of chicken broth to deglazed the pan.
Scrape the bottom of pan with spatula to get all the garlic and orzo covered in that flavor!
Then add rest of chicken broth in, add back in your chicken and cover and cook on low for about 15 minutes (until orzo is tender)
Optional: Add in frozen peas or broccoli-when we make this again, we won't let our broccoli cook as long! It got almost too tender for us this time!
Once dish is finished, add a squeeze of lemon juice and as much parmesan cheese as you like! Enjoy!
Mom's Meatloaf:
2lbs ground beef
1 finely Chopped onion
2eggs
1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
3 good squirts of mustard and 3/4 cup of ketchup
Combine with your hands and then cook for about 30 minutes
Take out of oven drain off fat
Topping:
Combine 1 cup ketchup and 3/4 cup of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Stir, pour on top and cook another 15 minutes
Salsa Verde Chicken:
Marinate chicken in your favorite salsa verde
Grill chicken and once almost done, melt pepper jack cheese on top(Or substitute for your favorite cheese)
Grilled tomato and onions would be great on here too!

Creamy cesar and parmesan chicken:
I mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, parmesan, salt and pepper and top mine with that at the 20 minutes mark! And I will pop it under the broiler for a minute or two at the end as well!
