INGREDIENTS:
For steaming:
Glutinous rice flour 90 grams
Water 110 ml
Pandan juice 110 ml (pandan leaves 20g + water 110ml)
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Salt A pinch
Food coloring 2 drops
For Filling:
Yellow mung bean 1 cup
Sugar 3 tablespoons
Salt A pinch
Coconut milk 1/2 cup
Water 3 cups ( 1 cup + 2 cups )
DIRECTION:
For steaming:
First, mix all the ingredients together and stir until all combined.
Bring water to a boil on medium-high heat, then lower the heat to medium and place the mixture in and steam for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes of steaming, stir again. And continue to steam for another 5 minutes more.
Take it out of the steamer and stir | pound to make it chewier. (Use spatula or spoon) and let it cool down.
For filling:
Cook mung bean like cooking rice ( 1 cup of mung bean & 1 cup of water) rinse well before cooking, then transfer to a blender and blend until very fine.
In a pan (medium heat), add blended mung bean, sugar, salt, and coconut milk, stir until it sticks together easy to roll into a ball. It is important to form the mung bean balls while the beans are warm, otherwise, it may fall apart easily.
Dust work surface with roasted cornstarch.
While the mochi is warm, pinch it over the mung bean filling, cover it well and place it seam side down.

ដាក់ម្សៅដែលលាយរួចចូល ចំហុយប្រហែល ៥នាទី បន្ទាប់ពី ៥នាទី កូរម្សៅអេាយសព្វចូលគ្នាទៀតរួចដាក់ចូលវិញ ហេីយចំហុយប្រហែល ៥នាទីទៀតជាការស្រេច។
បន្ទាប់ពី ៥នាទី យកចេញ រួចកូរវាអេាយសព្វចូលគ្នាមួយសារទៀត ដេីម្បីអេាយស្វិតល្អ រួចទុកវាអេាយត្រជាក់បន្តិច ឬ ក្តៅឧណ្ណៗ ។
ស្នូល៖
លាងសណ្តែកលឿងអេាយស្អាត រួចដាំដូចដាំបាយ ទឹក១ខាប់ និង សណ្តែក ១ខាប់។ ពេលសណ្តែកឆ្អិនហេីយ យកទៅកិនអេាយហ្មត់។

Okay, it's April 2nd, fun's over. This week, for reals this time, we're making onigiri: the breakfasty-lunchy-snack, ubiquitous in Japan, and virtually unheard of here in the US. As such, some committee of suits saw fit to Americanize their portrayal on Pokémon, and a generation of these United States grew up thinking they were donuts...and the bastards made ten hundred billion dollars. Dead Dad's Kitchen | Sour Cream Donuts w/ Dave Ross!
Hi my littlest donut holes!!
I had my buddy Dave Ross come back on because y'all missed him so much - you're welcome. I am a saint.
Anyway, we made donuts that one of my favorite Youtubers made first, @JoshuaWeissman !!! You can find that video right here, my guys
Please find the recipe below, also courtesy of Joshua. Apparently I didn't do shit except steal a recipe and have my very funny friend on.

| Sour Cream Donuts |
2 1/2 cups of cake flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of softened butter
3/4 cup of sour cream
3 egg yolks
For the glaze
2-3 cups of powdered sugar
1/2 cup of milk
Pinch of salt
Vanilla bean pod or vanilla extract (I don't care)
Whisk together your flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside
Begin to beat your butter and sugar together until it becomes a nice sandy texture, and then add your egg yolks one at a time.
Add a little bit of sour cream. A little of your dry mixture. Repeat that twice pulsing and scraping down your bowl and paddle in between additions.
Once a nice, sticky, dense dough ball forms remove it from the mixing bowl and place it in the fridge to relax for about an hour.
Bring your neutral frying oil to 350*f over medium heat.
Remove and uncover onto a well-floured work surface and roll into about a 1/2 inch sheet.
Cut out your desired shapes and place into your pot of oil.
Flip halfway through.
Remove from oil and place onto a wire rack to cool.
Mix your glaze ingredients together adjusting for your desired thickness, taste, whatever.
Drop your donuts into the glaze once they've cooled a bit. Place aside to set, and enjoy!!
