Ingredients:
Prepare Taco Seasoning:
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Beef qeema (Mince) ½ kg (with 20% fat)
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
Prepare Guacamole:
-Avocados 2 medium
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
-Pickled jalapenos sliced 2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
Prepare Salsa:
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & chopped 2 medium
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Pickled jalapenos chopped 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 cloves
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Lemon juice ½ tbs
Assembling:
-Burger bun toasted
-Sour cream
-Salad patta (Lettuce leaves)
Directions:
Prepare Taco Seasoning:
-In a small bowl,add red chilli powder,cumin seeds,black pepper powder,salt,paprika powder,dried oregano,garlic powder,onion powder,red chilli crushed & mix well.Taco seasoning is ready!
-In a bowl,add beef mince,prepared taco seasoning,cheddar cheese & mix until well combined.
-Grease hands with cooking oil,take large quantity of mince mixture (150g) & make a smooth ball.
-Place a butter paper on a cutting board,place mince ball,press & flatten it with the help of hands to make a patty shape and make a deep depression in the center of your beef patty using your thumb.
-On a cast iron pan,heat cooking oil,place beef patty,remove butter paper and fry on medium flame until golden brown (3-4 minutes each side) (makes 4 patties).
Prepare Guacamole:
-Cut avocados in half,remove seed & its shell.
-In chopper,add avocadoes,lemon juice,pickled jalapenos,black pepper crushed,salt & chop well until creamy.Guacamole is ready!
Prepare Salsa:
-In a bowl,add tomatoes,onion,pickled jalapenos,garlic,fresh coriander,black pepper crushed,salt,cumin seeds,lemon juice &mix well.Salsa is ready!
Assembling:
-On burger bun,add & spread sour cream,lettuce leaves,beef patty,guacamole,salsa and top with burger bun.
-Serve with nachos & 7Up.

-Bowl mein tamatar,pyaz,pickled jalapenos,lehsan,hara dhania,kali mirch crushed,namak,zeera aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.Salsa tayyar hai.
Assembling:
-On burger bun per sour cream dal ker pheela lein,salad patta,guacamole aur salsa dal ker upper sa top bun rakh dein.
-Nachos & 7up ka saath serve karein!

Guacamole Cheddar Burger written recipe
1 lb ground beef (I use 80/20)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp salt, divided
2 avocados
1 small lime
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
6 slices cheddar cheese
burger buns
tomato, sliced into circles
1. Place the beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and 1 tsp salt in a bowl and using your hands mix to thoroughly combine. Divide the meat into 6 pieces and form into 1/4-1/2 inch patties.
2. Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat and cook the burgers for 3 minutes on each side or until medium rare. Top with cheese and cook another minute or until cheese melts.
3. While burgers are cooking, cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Squeeze in the juice of a lime, 1/2 tsp salt and cilantro and mash until a few pieces of avocado remain.
4. Place a slice of tomato on the buns, top with cheese burgers, a large spoonful of guacamole and top with remaining bun.

How To Make CHICKEN GUACAMOLE BURGER | Recipes.net
Make your chicken burger patties from scratch and load up your burgers with some guacamole and veggies! This guacamole chicken burger is loaded with patties that are well-seasoned and perfectly grilled. Customize this guacamole burger recipe with your preferred veggies and serve with any accompaniment of choice for a more filling meal!
Ingredients:
For Chicken Burgers:
2 lb ground chicken
1 cup breadcrumbs, store-bought or homemade
½ cup feta cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Cooking spray
For All-In-One Guacamole:
16 oz avocados, roughly from 2 pieces, deseeded & flesh scooped out
5 tbsp tomato salsa or any salsa of your choice
3 tbsp cilantro sprigs (stems and leaves), roughly chopped
Zest and juice of 1 lime
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Hamburger Assembly:
Monterey Jack cheese slices or Swiss cheese
Burger buns
Lettuce leaves of your choice, torn
Red onion, sliced into rings
Tomatoes, sliced into rings
Bacon rashers, crispy
Wooden skewers, if preferred
To serve:
Potato fries, potato chips, whole pickles, or any side salad of your choice
⬇️ How to make Chicken Burger Guacamole ⬇️
Chicken Burgers:
0:09 Combine all the ingredients for chicken burgers in a large mixing bowl. Mix until evenly incorporated.
0:30 Cover and set aside in a chilled area for at least an hour to allow the proteins to fill up.
0:40 While waiting, preheat both your griddle and oven at 360 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease both this and your griddle with cooking spray.
0:51 When ready, form roughly 5 ounces of burger patties using any mould of your choice onto parchment paper.
1:00 Grill your patties for roughly 5 minutes per side until a nice crust has formed, then place these onto your lined baking sheet, inches apart from each other.
1:09 Roast for another 5 to 7 minutes until the burgers are fully cooked.
Once roasted and fully cooked, set aside a warm area.
Guacamole:
1:18 Combine all the guacamole ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a smooth puree is formed.
1:29 Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust accordingly and set aside.
To assemble:
1:40 Add a cheese slice per burger and bake for roughly 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
1:49 While waiting, toast your burger buns. Once toasted you can start assembling your burger.
2:00 Spread roughly 1 tablespoon of guacamole per side of the burger buns.
2:07 Place your burger patty on top then assemble the following: roughly 1 ounce of tomatoes, 2 bacon rashers, ½ ounce of lettuce, and 1 ounce of onions.
2:22 Cover with the top bun and slightly press down to stick together. If preferred, you can also pierce with a wooden skewer to hold the sandwich in place.

Recipe:
-I used The OG Burger for this cook by @eatmeatdistrict (it’s a blend of Brisket, Chuck, and Short Rib).
-Season it with Cow Cover by @kosmosq
-Throw it on the pellet grill at 400F (I used my @halo.pg ).
-While it’s cooking, make the Guacamole (my recipe is below).
-About 5 minutes before it is done, put a slice of Colby Jack Cheese on the Burger to melt.
-When it reaches an internal temperature of 165F, take it off.
-Lay down a toasted bun and then place everything in this order: Lettuce, Tomato, Cheesy Burger, Thick Cut Bacon, Guacamole , Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos (the purple bag), and top with the bun.
-Now enjoy!
Guacamole Recipe:
-Cut 3 large Avocados, remove the seed, and squish the insides into a large bowl.
-Finely dice a White Onion and throw half of it into the mix.
-Dice a Tomato and throw that in.
-Chop a half cup of Cilantro.
-Roll a fresh lime and juice it into the bowl.
-Add as much Salt as you like and smash it smash it all together.
-Enjoy!
