How To make Microwave Meatloaf
1/4 c Dried Chopped Onion
1 1/2 lb Ground beef
3/4 c Bread crumbs
1/4 c Parsley sprigs
1/2 ts Pepper
1 cn Tomato sauce; 8 oz.
1 Egg
1 Carrot
3 tb A1 Sauce
1/2 ts Dried Oregano
TOPPING:
1/2 cn Tomato paste (3 oz)
In food processor, shred carrot. Add remaining ingredients except for the tomato paste. Process until blended. Invert a 6 oz custard cup in center of a 9" glass pie plate. Shape mixture into a ring around cup. Spread the tomato paste over the top of the meat loaf. Cook in microwave on high 15 minutes or until juices run clear. Pour off any fat from dish before slicing.

Easy Microwave Meatloaf
1/3 cup marinara or tomato sauce
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 Tablespoons grated onions
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 lb. ground sirloin
1 egg
2 oz. part skim mozzarella
Combine the first 8 ingredients (marinara through the egg). Spread mixture evenly in a microwave safe loaf dish sprayed with cooking spray; do not pack mixture into dish. Loosely cover with a paper towel, microwave at high 8 minutes. Preheat the broiler.
Sprinkle meatloaf with cheese, broil 3 minutes or until browned.
Longaberger - Microwave Meatloaf with Kathy Eakle
MICROWAVE MEATLOAF
2 lbs. lean ground beef (93-94% Lean)
2 eggs
1 cup instant rice
1 cup oats
1 cup ketchup
1 small onion diced fine
1 green pepper chopped/small chunks
2 tablespoons (heaping) Southwest Seasoning Blend (Longaberger, of course)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 -- 8-in-1 Entertainer (Your choice of color)
Mix all ingredients together well. Place in the bowl/lid of 8-in-1 Entertainer; pat down firmly until it fills in the bottom. Cover with tray (veggie server) -- flat side down. Cook in the Microwave for 15 to 20 minutes. Check for an internal temperature of 165 degrees or more. Remove the meatloaf by turning the bowl upside down on the tray. AWESOME!

Meat Loaf Solitaire
1 egg beaten
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 tablespoon minced green pepper
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teasppon salt
1 tablespoon catsup
1/2 teaspoon dry mustatd
2 tablespoons catsup (for topping)
In a PYREX mixing bowl, toss egg and
ground beef until blended. Add remaining
ingredients (except catsup for topping).
Shape into loaf and place in CORNING
Microwave Plus 24-oz. Oval Casserole.Top
with catsup. Cook on high for 6 to 8 minutes.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Serves 1-2.

2 lbs 85/15 ground beef
1 envelope of beefy onion soup mix
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
1/4 of a medium-sized bell pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp fresh parsley
1 tsp cracked black pepper
2 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
SAUCE
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup A-1 steak sauce
2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp diced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

20 Minute Meatloaf - Simply Delicious
Believe my guys, our 20 minute meatloaf is really simply delicious. I have never been a fan of microwave cooking. As stated in the video, it is probably due to the bias that anything done in the microwave is a Hungryman Dinner. This is far from the truth. A microwave can be very useful in the kitchen if used wisely. This is how our 20 minute meatloaf was cooked. Honestly, it came out simply delicious.
I have to admit that when I first made it I was shocked. Who would ever think that an entire meatloaf can be cooked in this short time frame. But it can indeed.
