1 Box Devils Food Cake Mix Filling: 1 Cup Milk 1 Cup Sugar 1 Stick Margarine 20 Large Marshmallows 12 Oz Coconut Icing: 1 Stick Margarine 1 Box Powdered Sugar 4 Tbsp Cocoa 8 Oz Cream Cheese Prepare cake mix as directed. Cool and cut into 4 layers. Filling: bring to boil: Milk, sugar and margarine. Boil for 3 min. Remove from heat and add marshmellows. Stir in coconut. Mix well and put between layers. Icing: Mix margarine and cream cheese. Add sugar and cocoa a little at a time. Spread on top of cake. Store in refrigerator. Copied from the files of Dianne Waller

I LOVE this simple robin's egg cake. It really reminds me of spring and is perfect for Easter! This cake is a must make if you love vanilla. It is so moist and easy to make that I have a feeling it will become your new go to cake recipe. You’re just sifting the dry ingredients and giving them a whisk then mixing all the wet ingredients and finally combining the two, mixing for a minute or two until combined. How to Make Red Velvet Cake
A light chocolate Red Velvet cake with lots of addictive cream cheese frosting and a crown of buttercream roses. This cake is moist but so light and fluffy, it really is the perfect match for all that delicious frosting! You can make this without any food coloring and it will be a light tan color, not quite red, but it will be eaten just as quickly! I did a lot of recipe testing for this much-requested cake but in the end I lightly adapted the recipe for the batter from a New York Times recipe. Wonderful moist fluffy sponge, and I loved the typo saying it made 8 inch layers! LOL, even the best of us make mistakes... Anyhow it's the vinegar that makes a huge difference, acid reacts with the leavening agents to give you a fluffier cake. Make sure to reserve enough batter for a cupcake. You'll use it to make the decorative crumble.

How to Level and Torte a Cake from Wilton
Watch Emily Tatek from the Wilton Test Kitchen, level and tort a cake using a cake leveler or a knife in this video. If you're making a layered cake with a cake that isn't flat, you'll find that the cake layer can crack or break. Many cake bakers level their cakes before stacking the layers. Leveling, also known as crowning, means cutting the dome or mound off the cake layer with a knife or cake leveler. To cut one cake into two or more layers, often called torting, use a cake leveler or knife to cut multiple even layers. Once you know how to level and tort your cake, you can stack the cake layers with icing, fruit, pudding or other fillings between to add flavor and height to your cake.

Ingredients for the cake mixture :
3 Eggs 1 Cup Sugar 4,5 tbsp Cocoa 1,5 tsp Baking Soda 1,5 tsp Baking Powder Pinch of Salt 1 Cup Vegetables Oil 3 Cups Flour 1,5 Cups Milk
Bake the cake at 180°C for 50 minutes.
Ingredients for filling Mole Mound :
500 ml Heavy Cream - cold 4 tbsp Powdered Sugar 2 tbsp Vege - Gel or Gelatine + 2 tbsp Warm Water 100 g Chopped Dark Chocolate
