Homemade Cheese Ball Best Bacon Ranch PARTY Appetizer?
Ingredients;
16 OZ Cream Cheese (room temp)
3 Tablespoons Sour Cream
1 - 1 OZ package Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Minced Dried Onion
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 -1/4 Cup Finely Graded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Finley Graded Pepper Jack Cheese
10 Slices of Cooked Bacon - Finely Minced
1/3 Cup Green Onion
Cooking with Cream Cheese: Bacon and Pecan Cheese Log
A deliciously simple party snack that can be made using your own cream cheese and cheddar. For those of you who don't eat bacon, just substitute it with vegan bacon bits. For the cream cheese, I used my French Cream Cheese.

Bacon Cheese Log
Quick and easy, a great appetizer for the holidays or any time!

BACON CHEESE LOG
Servings: 12 people
Ingredients:
1 c cooked and crumbled bacon
½ c dried cranberries and/or cherries
½ c chopped pecans
¼ c fresh parsley, chopped
One 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp onion powder
Honey and crackers, for serving
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the bacon, dried fruit, pecans and parsley; set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onion powder. Then stir in half of the bacon mixture (save the rest for later).
3. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on the counter and dump the cheese mixture over the wrap. Roll into a log, tighten the ends and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Dump the remaining bacon mixture onto a plate.
5. Unwrap the cheese log and roll it in the bacon mixture, pressing it in to stick.
6. Place the Bacon Cheese Log on a serving platter, drizzle with honey and serve with crackers.
Homemade Party Cheese Ball
This Homemade Party Cheese Ball doesn’t require any special equipment and takes only 20 minutes or less to make! It is an absolute must for every large gathering, and everyone will want this recipe! Two additional flavor variations are included for fans of both savory and sweet!

✅Ingredients
• 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
• 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
• 2 teaspoons dried dill
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• ¾ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ cup minced chives, divided
• ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon, about 8 slices, divided
• Crackers for serving
✅Instructions
Bacon Ranch Cheeseball:
1️⃣ In a medium to large size bowl, mix together the cream cheese and butter until softened.
2️⃣ Add in dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half of the chives. Stir until well combined.
3️⃣ Fold in cheddar cheese and half of the crumbled bacon, and gently stir until all is evenly incorporated and well combined.
4️⃣ Lay a large piece of plastic wrap onto a clean surface and spoon cream cheese mixture onto it. Fold the plastic around it to form a ball.
5️⃣ On another clean sheet of plastic wrap, spread out the remaining chives and bacon crumbles. Unwrap the cheeseball and roll it into the bacon and chive mixture to top.
6️⃣ Wrap it back up in clean plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Flavor Variations:
Pina Colada Cheeseball:
16 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup toasted macadamia nuts, roughly chopped (divided)
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup toasted, sweetened coconut (divided)
In a medium to large size bowl, add 16 ounces of softened cream cheese, crushed pineapple, half the macadamia nuts, and half the coconut. Mix all together and form into a ball on plastic wrap. Unwrap and roll ball into remaining macadamia nuts and coconut. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Cranberry Orange White Chocolate Cheeseball:
16 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup chopped dried cranberries (divided)
1 orange, zested
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cup white chocolate, roughly chopped or grated
In a medium to large size bowl, add 16 ounces of softened cream cheese, orange zest, sugar, vanilla extract, and 3/4 cup cranberries. Mix all together and form into a ball on plastic wrap. Unwrap and roll ball into white chocolate and remaining cranberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
