How To make Teriyaki Grilled Corn
1 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Tomato paste
1/4 ts Cornstarch
2 tb Water
1 ts Sesame seeds
6 ea Ears fresh corn
Place all ingredients, except corn, into a pot. Whisk togetehr & bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat & simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Prepare grill. Husk corn & grill covered for 5 to 10 minutes. When almost done, baste with glaze two or three times. PER SERVING: 70 Cal.; 1g Prot.; 0.4g Fat; 15g Carb.; 6mg Sod.; 4g Fiber.

FULL RECIPE:
Ingredients:
500 g chicken tights
3 cm ginger
2 cloves garlic
150 ml Teriyaki sauce
100 ml chicken stock
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp corn starch
broccoli
spring onion
rice
sesame seeds
Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Add garlic, ginger and soy sauce and marinate for at least 1 hour (best overnight).
Fry the marinated chicken, add teriyaki sauce and chicken stock and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Thicken the sauce with corn starch.
Pan-fry the broccoli (seasoned just with salt).
Serve with rice and broccoli, sprinkled with sesame seeds and spring onion.

I wouldn't even mind making it a meal, that's how much I love it. anytime I got to the state fair it's a MUST that I get me a fresh roasted ear of corn so that I can lather it up with butter, spices, and parmesan! Yum!! Anywho, this video will show you how to make some down right delicious corn (take that overpriced fair people!!) It's sweet and smokey and the spices just makes it ever better, although unseasoned grilled corn is just as good.

How to make Japanese Teriyaki Cod in 15 minutes (鱈の照り焼き)
If you're looking for a Japanese recipe that is quick and delicious, you've come to the right place!
This crispy pan fried cod is coated in corn starch for added crispiness and then coated in a 4 ingredient teriyaki sauce. Not only does it only take 15 minutes (or less) but it tastes delicious too!

【Ingredients】
- 300ml Water
- 2 Cod Fillets (skin on)
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch (or potato starch)
- 1 ½ tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp Mirin
- 1 ½ tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
【Instruction:】
1. Boil 300ml water and place the cod fillets in a heatproof bowl.
2. Pour the boiling water over the cod.
3. Drain the boiling water and wash the cod fillets under cold water.
4. Dry the surface of the cod with kitchen paper and coat with 1 tbsp corn starch. (Make sure it’s covered on both sides.)
5. Take a frying pan and heat on medium.
6. Drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil into the pan and let it heat up.
7. Place the cod fillets in the pan with the skin side down.
8. Fry until the skin is browned and crispy, then flip them over.
9. Add 1 ½ tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 ½ tbsp mirin, 1 ½ tbsp sake and 1 tsp sugar to the pan.
10. Mix it around the fillets and fry until sauce is thickened.
11. Once thick and glossy, stir the cod around the pan so that the sauce sticks to it.
12. Serve with rice and miso soup and enjoy!

Today I want to show you my recipe for CHICKEN TERIYAKI! It’s so simple and delicious, anyone can make it at home!

Ingredients:
- 1 Large Chicken Thigh (skin on)
- Potato Starch
- ½ Green Onion
- 1tbsp of Cooking Sake
- 2 tsp of brown sugar
- 1 & ½ tbsp of water
- 1 & ½ tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tsp of honey
How to make:
- Cut off any fatty parts of one large chicken thigh (skin on)
- Cover the chicken thigh in potato (or corn) starch on both sides and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Make your sauce by mixing your cooking sake, brown sugar, water, soy sauce and honey and mixing them
- Heat some olive oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and put the chicken in skin side down
- Add your green onions and cook the chicken until the skin is golden brown and crispy (be careful not to burn the onions!)
- Turn the chicken over, set aside the green onions and continue to cook the chicken on a low heat with the lid on - for about 3 minutes
- Take the chicken out of the pan - wipe away the excess fat and then put them back in with the sauce
- Let that simmer with the lid on for about 5 minutes
- Cover the chicken in sauce and you’re done!
